Great location

Check in was easy and it was easy to communicate with property managers. The space was spacious and was a great location with a short walk to downtown Breck. The beds were super hard, and we couldn't get the TV to work but overall it was a great stay.

Stay fell short

Nice location. Beds are hard as a rock, you’d rather sleep on the floor. All furniture is dated and dirty. Layout is good. Would not stay here again.

Great Location!

The property was great. Location was perfect for equipment rental and getting on Snowflake lift. We had one issue with the unit and management was easy to get ahold of and rectified the issue in a timely manner. Highly recommend!

Worst beds ever

The place was really nice and convenient to town. But the beds where so bad. My 65 year old dad slept in the kids room and my mom on the couch due tobthe beds being so uncomfortable. My pregnant wife struggled through the weekend. But the place is nice ,clean and convenient

Amazing Location

Amazing location right next to the Snowflake lift and the Four o’clock run. You walk down the stairs and across the street to the Snowflake lift and then you can ski home on Four o’clock run. Very comfortable place with very responsive host. The host proactively reached out to me to ask if I needed anything. When I responded that we needed some sponges, we got them within the hour.

Family ski trip

Location was phenomenal , lift directly across the street and an easy walk into the down town area. Property manager in constant communication . Plenty of space for our family of 5. Loved the window seat. The outdoor hot tub was wonderful especially after skiing. Only negative was that the condo could have been cleaner... found old candy wrappers on bed and on floor in the bunk bed room, old shower curtains and a bit dusty all around. Beds were comfortable and plenty of linens and towels were available. Kitchen was also well stocked with cookware and utensils. I would recommend this place as well as returning there myself.

Amazing location but NEEDS basic updates and maintenance!

Based on location and overall set up of this place I’d give our stay 5 stars! However, my family and I are not picky and there were just some basic things that are not taken care of at this property that impacted me to give it 2 stars. 1) The spare shower was terrible. The shower head was leaking and spraying water everywhere in the bathroom. And then more importantly the water temperature was dangerous and hard to control. It would be blistering hot with a slight turn to knob and then freezing cold. Both are outdated and need to be replaced. 2) Both shower curtains had mold on them and needed to be replaced. 3) Most of the beds we’re uncomfortable. The Master Bedroom’s mattress and was stiff as a board and had to be 20 years old. The spare bedroom’s bedroom was wood and was extremely loose and dangerous to where it could fall a part and mattress was uncomfortable. 3) Lighting throughout the whole condo was either not much or in places there was light bulbs out or light flickering. Again, when you go on vacation you expect basics to be up-kept and nice especially the amount of money we spent on the this stay. I wouldn’t recommend staying here and we won’t be going back.

The property was mostly OK, but there were several problems that detracted from the experience. The bed in the master bedroom was extremely hard (outside the normal range, I would say). The thermostat in one of the rooms was stuck on when we arrived (in July). I used the jetted tub once but it leaked badly. Management responded promptly and fixed the thermostat but the tub couldn't be used the rest of the trip. The dishwasher leaked. Otherwise, the trip was enjoyable. I wouldn't stay there again, but the space was comfortable (except the bed) and I loved the window seat in the main room. The location is good.

Great location for skiing, plenty of space - We loved it!

We loved the condo. It had plenty of space for our family of five (2 teenage boys, 1 teenage daughter) to spread out. Location for skiing was great - we literally walked across the street to the snowflake lift and at the end of the day could ski right up to the parking lot of the condo. Easy! We could walk to town, but it's all downhill (8-10 min walk) and not all that easy to get back home so we ended up driving into town when we wanted to eat/grab coffee. Loved the window seat by the fire place. Kitchen was well-equipped, lounge/dining area was comfortable. We could have used one or two more comfy chairs in addition to the couch to watch TV. The master bathroom definitely needs an update - shower is old and tired, but it worked. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it for a family of 5 or 6.
