The lodge offers you and your guests plenty of privacy, space and the most gorgeous mountain views you can imagine. The home features beautifully furnished rooms with soaring vaulted ceilings, a spacious and well equipped kitchen, a separate dining room, two living areas, a heated garage, a bonus den, play set for kids, three decks, two fireplaces and a private hot tub. There are two master king suites on the upper level, a king bedroom on the upper level, two XL-twin bedroom and a king bedroom in the basement. We invite you to imagine yourself among friends and family, enjoying a delicious home-cooked meal before relaxing in front of a warm fire in one of the two living areas or soaking in the beautiful hot tub after a big day of mountain activities. We had 2 families which included 8 teen/college cousins and the space and home was just perfect. The oversized dining room was the location of fun games and gatherings with all of us. Kitchen was never crowded and had just enough amenities to keep everyone happy. Bathrooms are updated just right. The heated garage was superb as the temperatures plunged at night and the snow kept coming and coming. Close to the mountain. I rent from VRBO quite often when we are headed somewhere. This time we were going to Breckenridge Colorado for a Christmas get away. We had 7 adults and 4 children between the ages of 3-8\. This was the best place for a group this size. There was plenty of room for all, even toys for the kids! The kitchen was well stocked. Everything was decorated wonderfully. Very laid back and really gave you a feel of a mountain cabin. The owners were great to work with. I had several questions before we went and they answered quickly each time. This was the easiest rental I have ever done through VRBO. I always try to give the negative along with the positive but I really don't have anything negative to say! Thanks for the great memories and for being so great to work with Jason and Derek! If you haven't guessed by now I highly recommend this rental! ##### Jan W. The property itself is not quite as secluded as the listing photos might lead you to believe, but it was still very quiet and we felt that we had the area to ourselves. It is in a beautiful neighborhood, gorgeous property and the owners have thought of everything you might need. We even had a friendly fox during dinner time come around nightly. This was a great home to stay in and we would absolutely return. We had a small group of several couples and our three children. There was more than enough space and privacy for everyone based on the layout of the house and several lounging areas. Owners were quick to respond to questions/concerns during our stay.
