Experience the best of Breckenridge from this centrally located, recently updated vacation rental in the heart of Breckenridge! The best part – it’s a short stroll (100 yds) to the Gondola and only a block from Main Street, with a free shuttle next door that will take you to Peaks 8, 9, or 10, or around town.

The Space:
Location perks: Ski enthusiasts will love the easy access to the Gondola right across the street. You’ll walk to the Gondola via the Skyway Skiway underpass, avoiding the need to cross Park St, the main road. Ride the Gondola to the base of the Breckenridge Ski Resort, ski all day, and then ski down the 4 O’Clock Gondola Back Run to get back to the condo – about a ½ block walk. After skiing, it’s a short one-block stroll to restaurants, the Blue River, bars, and downtown shopping.

A 55” Smart TV, with ROKU, is mounted in the living room, ideal for movie nights, while large windows and a sliding door to the patio bathe the room in natural light. The adjacent kitchen is a dream for any home cook, fully equipped with all cooking necessities, including an air fryer, a waffle maker, a blender, a coffee pot, a Keurig, and a charming kitchen bar with 2 stools for casual morning coffee. The dining area, featuring a 6-person table, is perfect for shared meals, a game of cards, and lively conversations.

The bedrooms are thoughtfully designed, with cozy, comfortable memory foam beds, to provide both comfort and privacy. The first bedroom includes a queen-queen bunk bed, with a solid staircase to access the top bunk, and is perfect for families or groups to spread out. It has a large closet and a 32” TV (with ROKU) for streaming your favorite shows, and provides an extra space for the kids or teens to hang out and enjoy downtime.

The master suite boasts a luxurious king-sized bed, private balcony access, a walk-in closet, and a well appointed en-suite bathroom with a double-sink vanity and a walk-in shower.

The second bathroom, shared by the rest of the home, is equally well appointed with a modern single-sink vanity, and a separate water closet and walk-in shower.

Right off the living room, step outside to the back covered balcony, and sneak a slight glimpse of Peak 8, the beautiful trees, or a mountain sunset. The patio includes an outdoor gas fireplace, and bistro-style table and chairs, an ideal spot to unwind while enjoying the fresh mountain air.

Guests will have full access to the entire home, a private ski locker, a shared hot tub, a seasonal pool, and a shared laundry facility. Additionally, they will have access to one designated parking space.

The Neighborhood:
This home is in an incredible location, within walking distance of everything Breck has to offer. You can be on the slopes in no time, with two lifts just a 10-minute walk away. The BreckConnect Gondola, just 3 blocks from the home, connects you to Peaks 7 and 8. The Snowflake lift is only a 10-minute walk, making it easy to get on the slopes. Breckenridge Ski Resort, 2.5 miles away, offers five peaks and great après-ski dining.

Breckenridge’s historic Main Street is less than a 10-minute walk, filled with shops, restaurants, breweries, galleries, and museums. Take a scenic stroll along the Blue River Recreation path, which is lined with trees and runs parallel to Main Street’s charming shops and eateries. Live music fans can enjoy concerts at Riverwalk Center, where indoor heated seating is available in winter and lawn seating in summer. Experience Peak 8’s Epic Discovery in warmer months with its alpine slide, roller coaster, and mini-golf. Explore scenic Boreas Pass, discover the Isak Heartstone troll, or hit one of the many hiking and biking trails—this home puts it all at your fingertips!

Getting Around:
This well-located home is situated right on the free Breck Free Ride shuttle line, with the Sawmill Road stop on the Gold Express Route just a two-minute walk from the house. From here, you can easily connect to multiple bus routes that take you anywhere you need to go in Breckenridge. You’re also within walking distance of the town’s main attractions, ski lifts, eateries, and bustling Main Street. Main Street is less than a 10-minute walk away, where you can catch the free trolley—an ideal way to explore downtown Breckenridge. Or, quickly access the ski slopes via the BreckConnect Gondola, just blocks from the home, which takes you to the bases of Peaks 7 and 8. Uber and Lyft are also readily available.

Please note that like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C.

Please note that the pool is available only during the summer season and closes in late September. The hot tub is typically closed for about two weeks in October for cleaning due to the constant falling leaves.

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.

Overall really great property! Only issue was the elevator was broken and there isn’t any AC. It was a bit warm at night even with the windows open but that is just a personal preference. Amazing location, super clean and would stay here again!

Great Breckenridge Ski & Town Location

We had a great stay at this property! The condo was super-clean, a perfect size and easy to get to the mountain and walk to town. Loved the ski locker... We will definitely stay here again!

Great Location

Great location to catch the bus to the lifts and came down 4 O'clock run every afternoon for a short walk back home. Close to town, never drove while there. Well stocked and comfortable. Just enough space for 2 adults and 2 teens.

Nice condo, close to gondola ski back

We enjoyed this location as it was very close to the gondola ski back and we didn’t need to cross major roads to walk back after skiing. Everything was clean and comfortable in the condo itself. Would stay here again.

Excellent location!

The location is excellent. The bus stop to the lift is practically at the front door and the 4 o'clock run takes you right to the back door. Down town is 2 short, easy blocks away. The kitchen is well equiped, the decor is charming and the hot tubs are wonderful after a long day of skiing. We really enjoyed everything about it.

Small/Ski In Not Out

This place is small and well decorated. Warm and cozy. Master bedroom tight. No hanging closet in spare bedroom. It can be tough with packing for skiiing. There are a-lot of hooks by the front door that were helpful. You can ski down to the condo, however you have to put on all your ski clothes and boots, track down the elevator or stairs to the short walk to the bus. You can also drive to the gondola and pay $15.00 a day to park. Others we have stayed at we actually put our skis on, ski to Gondola or lift. That is not the case here. Walk uphill (1/4 mile), bus, or drive to Gondola. We should have spent more and stayed on the resort. Great place for the cost!

Great location, easy access to mountain

The property and unit are very well maintained and clean. The unit decor is modern. Instructions for checkin and checkout were very easy. The gondola is about a 5 minute walk and takes you to the different peaks. The 4 o’clock trail ends near the property parking lot to “ski in”. The hot tub area is enclosed and also very clean. There is a laundry room on-site but requires you to bring quarters. Check the closets for anything you might need, like laundry pods or a humidifier. It really had everything we needed, including chapstick! Also, it’s just a 5 minute (or less) walk to Main Street. Great location, great management.

Walkable to Gondola & Main St

Great location: walk to Gondola and ski home via 4 O’Clock run to Gondola Parking 25 yd walk to condo. 2 blocks off Main St puts you at Giampetros’s. One of our favorite restaurants. Also try Rootstalk our next favorite restaurant. Condo was as listed, clean and well appropriated. My only issue is that it was the kitchen was missing a can opener and we did not hear back from management.

Great location!

This property is very close to the ‘downtown’ scene, and it’s a short walk to the bars and restaurants. The property was clean, smaller than I expected, but very nice. My one complaint is generally about VRBO and other such sites and how they end up being almost three times what you’d expect once all of the fees are tacked on, so beware of that when you book.

Great Condo, unfortunate issue

The condo was a great spot, clean and a good location, unfortunately it was just really hot inside. We couldn’t get it cooled down enough to be comfortable. The toilet in the one of the bathrooms backed up and we attempted to plunge it. Not the best way to spend your vacation, hot and plunging. The host was responsive, but do to unfortunate timing (host on vacation and it was late at night) there wasn’t much that could be done. Overall not a bad place, the heat wouldn’t be an issue in the winter.

Overall great place to stay. Property manager was very good. Short walk to downtown so we left rental car in safe, covered parking space. 5 to 10 minute walk to gondola. There is a trail you can ski down to get within a 3 minute walk back to condo. Just a few notes. Would have been helpful to know that small entrance to parking garage is not well marked. For those who may go here Its across from the large gondola parking lot. Master bedroom bed could use an update. There were no humidifiers and the unit could’ve used 2. We would definitely rent here again.
