This three bedroom townhome is a spacious 2,100 square feet and spans three levels with views of Baldy mountain from the master. The kitchen features granite tile countertops, upgraded appliances and heated flooring.

Amenities include a jetted tub in the master bath, gas fireplace in the living room, deck with BBQ grill, private hot tub, and one car heated garage. Bedding includes a king in the master, a queen in the second bedroom, a captain bunk bed in the third bedroom, and a pull out sofa in the den.

Many activities are just steps from the townhouse that include ski-in/ski-out access, snowshoeing, hiking, biking and more. Near by attractions include golf, tennis, ice skating, rafting, and world class dining and shopping.

Myself and 3 of my teenage boys stayed at the condo over the spring break . The place has great location , close to downtown and also lifts Its very well equipped for all your cooking needs If we plan another trip to Breckenridge, this is the place we will pick again

Excellent Stay

My family stayed here over Spring Break. 2 adults and a 6 and 9 year old. Everything was spacious and clean. We enjoyed evening in the hot tub and by the fire watching movies. Location is excellent right by the snowflake lift. We cant wait to stay again.

Beautiful well kept, modern property, ski in & out

Every year our family is trying a new mountain to ski. This year was Breckenridge and we decided to try this property out. We were immediately impressed as we walked inside. Extremely clean, great rooms and bathrooms, lots of pots, pans and cooking utensils, private hot tub, etc. The garage was heated and a great place to get ready every morning for the day on the mountain. Super easy skiing out to snowflake run. Getting in is a bit harder, regardless of speed you are going to do a little walking a couple times. Yet, still one of the easier houses to ski in & out. We would definitely recommend staying here. Thank you for sharing your home with our family.

Nice townhouse and location

The townhouse was a nice size for our group. Getting up to the slope isn’t too bad but moderate poling is required to get back down. Unfortunately the stay was marred by being p to wait in the car an extra hour until the cleaners finished and then walking into a haze of fragrance. We had to have windows open for most of the weekend if we wanted to be in the house at all.

Second time at this home

This is our second consecutive year staying at this home. It is a wonderful location that is perfect for a family. The homeowners were very responsive as well; they even delivered 30 inches of fresh powder. Highly recommend!

We go on a family ski trip every Christmas and love to stay at ski in/ski out locations. This is a great one with plenty of space for the whole family. The condo is well stocked with all the basics and the heated walkway to the hot tub was a real treat. Thank you!

Lovely home and great location

We loved staying here. The kitchen, while small, had everything we needed to cook 3 meals a day. The location made it easy to come home for lunch and then hop back on the slopes. We were familiar with the Snowflake run and knew there can be some poling and skating to get back but the unit is worth it. It’s so nice to have a heated garage to store gear and get ready each morning. We even had a car in the garage and had plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 teenagers to get ready. It’s evident that the owners tried to think of everything you might need, like benches in the garage and places to hang skies and coats. I suggest bringing slippers with you into the garage to keep your socks dry after removing snowy boots. We would definitely stay here again. Great value!

Great Condo and Location

5 stars. Would definitely come back. Condo had everything we needed. Comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen and furniture. Loved the large hot tub at the end of the day. Super easy walk, even in ski boots, to where you access the run down to the Snowflake lift. Owners were very accommodating and responsive to questions.

Awesome place

Perfect place to stay if you love skiing. Just a few minute walk to the nearest trail, comfortable condo and a nice hot tub to soak in after a full day of skiing.

Great home and location

The condo was just as described. Was a wonderful location and experience. My favorite part was that the pots and pans to cook werent old throw aways. They were nice,, clean non-stick pots and pans that made it easy to cook with. Ive stayed at a lot of places and isnt the usual experience with that. Was just a small thing but shows the respect the owners have for their renters. We really appreciated that. That same respect was throughout the home, communication and overall experience. Will 100% stay again

Great Location

This was our 3rd year staying in this neighborhood and it was fantastic yet again. The property itself was clean and had all of the amenities. We love that the bedrooms are on 3 separate floors so everyone has they own space and the well-maintained hot tub was the perfect touch after a long day on the slopes. The ski in/ski out aspect of this property is unmatched and we can’t wait to come back!

Great place to stay for skiing!

This townhome was perfect for our all needs. This was our first ski trip to the Rockies and loved it. Only downside at all is the flat parts of snowflake trail and exhaustion from poling. Made lunches at the home less desirable. Only one issue arose as the water level in hot tub got too low to heat but we added water and resolved the issue. Owners were contacted and fixed the issue, which we caused from all the use, entirely in a timely manner. Highly recommended this property just not where I would stay again knowing all I know now about the big mountain. Absolutely nothing negative about this rental, my complaint is the trail that accesses it. We were visited many times by local foxes which was a nice sight. Plenty of board games and playing cards to stay entertained during the evening. Thank you Paul and Judy for offering your lovely home for our first visit to the Rockies.
