The comfy living room features large corner windows, a gas fireplace with a 49" TCL/Roku smart TV over it. The dining table is located in front of sliding glass door to covered deck with gas grill. The master suite has a queen size bed with TCL/Roku flat screen TV, large dressing area with a closet with organizer/drawer system. The 2nd bedroom also has a queen size bed with a twin XL over with closet organizer. The living room has a sleeper sofa and a newly installed murphy bed. The condo was great and everything was as expected. It was a really easy, five minute walk to the Quicksilver lift. This was super convenient for all of the skiers and snowboarders in our group. The parking garage was heated and kept our vehicle out of the snow and elements. This was a real bonus when the temps were in the single digits. Through a fluke event on Christmas Eve, the kitchen faucet broke. The management company had their maintenance team on site with a new faucet replacement within a couple of hours. Really impressive for a holiday. We enjoyed this place all the way around and would absolutely stay here again! ##### Charles M. The communication with the property manager is great. The unit was very clean. Plenty of parking. The unit had CAMERAS IN EVERY ROOM AND BATHROOM. This is totally unacceptable. The cameras were facing the beds in the bedroom. The camera in the bathroom was set to watch everything. There is a camera in the kitchen watching everything. All the cameras were ON. My family and children should not be watched by the owners changing. We should not be watched by the owners getting out of the shower. This is a MASSIVE violation of my family’s privacy. The management claimed to have no knowledge of all the cameras. I unplugged all of the devices after I realized they were there and ALL ON. Clean and very well maintained. Everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. The bathrooms were nice and warm, but the bidets were pretty amazing. Plenty of everything you need in a condo, even a good variety of board games,highly recommend for a family. It was our first trip to Breckenridge and we will definitely be back. Host was wonderful and quick to communicate with any questions we had. We didn’t have enough time to experience the hot tub, but it is located directly across the street. Easy check in and great garage parking for easy in and out driving. 200m walk to the ski school at base of quicksilver amazing and short walk to downtown it is a perfect location. My 11, 9 and 7 year old loved the tech and it was a great condo to return to at the end of a ski day. We would love to return in the future. Thank you for a great stay. ##### Amy R. I was skeptical, but it was a very short easy walk to quicksilver lift (down the elevator and the back stairs and 5 minute walk). The steam shower, heated floor and toilet seats were a big hit with my wife. I would DEFINITELY go back. Using the bedrooms and Murphy bed we slept 6 adults comfortably with room for one more on the bunk bed. The only drawback was that my truck wouldn’t fit in the garage, but there was an outlet I could plug the block heater into (diesel excursion). This was our third trip to Breck and it was the nicest and most convenient place to the lifts and town. ##### Frank Z. It is nicely furnished and updated with very modern kitchen and bathroom appliances. It's a short walk to Quicksilver chairlift in ski boots (5 minutes). The pool/hot tubs and village are also very close. Second bedroom bunk beds are fine for kids/teens but maybe not adults. We didn't use the pull-down bed. The indoor parking garage was a big plus. (Note: upon arrival, you have to park on the outdoor deck first, then go into the condo to fetch the garage key). I'd stay again if available next time we go to Breckenridge. ##### Brian E. There is indeed a short walk to the lifts, but there are a few short cuts to make it a bit easier to come and go such as utilizing the garage to walk out the back door of Building A. A quick walk “down” to Main St with a slight incline back to the unit which may be a bit challenging for those who come from much lower elevations back home. We’d stay there again in a second. As some has indicated in their reviews, the mattresses, albeit relatively new, may not be as comfortable as you’d like, especially if your preference is firmer. We did not utilize the pool/hot tubs, but saw many others heading that way. If looking for groceries, City Market is the place to go. If you do not have a vehicle, walk to Main Street and hop on the trolly that arrives every 30 minutes. The until has an array of shopping bags to help transport your items back to the condo. All in all, a very nice place to stay. This condo is great. Wonderful location (lifts, downtown and more in walking distance) and spacious for a 2:2\. I have never seen more techno in a condo. Only figured out about half of it in our 4 night stay, but it's way over the top. Really appreciated the over-stocked kitchen. If you can think of it...it's there and there are probably several! It's so good I am reluctant to make any suggestions, but if I did - it would be to update the mattresses and increase the supply of hot water.
