The elevator was out when we arrived which required us to carry our luggage 3 flights. Not under her control-just a comment. While the condo was neat, clean, and good location, the furniture was old and tired. A new mattress would help tremendously. Although the condo has a superior location, we found the actual condo to be very outdated, especially for the very expensive price we paid. The master bed mattress was very uncomfortable and was very old. Please spring for a memory foam mattress for your guests. The layout of this condo was strange, at best. Since the condo didn't have air conditioning we wanted to open the one window in the unit, only one side of the window opened so we were not able to get much of a breeze to cool things off. The remotes for tv's either didn't have batteries or they were so low they wouldn't work. We were not able to get the dishwasher open and the control knob fell off, so we had to wash the dishes by hand.
