Escape the crowds and enjoy the quiet from our small townhome neighborhood that borders national forest and has trail access from the front door for hiking, biking, and snowshoeing using the provided snowshoes. • Living Room: 1 Queen Sleeper sofa (Memory Foam mattress with no bar)

SKI IN/ SKI OUT DETAILS: Intermediate/advanced skiers can use an optional ski in/out to and from Peak 9 and Peak 10 via National Forest; All guests have access to the free and quick winter shuttle to and from Peak 9 lifts, and the shuttle is recommended for beginner to intermediate skiers/boarders. Because the Ski in/out is on National Forest, users of ski in/out assume all risks. Peak 9 Base / Village Center / Main Street Station houses Ski School, Kids Ski School, beginner, intermediate terrain, and advanced terrain and easy access to the other Breckenridge Peaks. The ski in/out is dependent on either Peak 10 Falcon lift being open and sufficient snow on Lower Lehman to ski to the resort. In recent Low Snowpack years, Falcon Lift and the Runs needed to Ski in/Out have not been open until the weekend before Christmas and may not be open in April. When the ski in/out is not available, the Winter Shuttle is available and can be used to get to/from Peak 9. Winter shuttle runs Thanksgiving to mid-April.
SKI TO RESORT Peak 9: A few minutes Ski through national forest/trees to a Green Run that can have Natural conditions, depending on snowpack. Ski to resort is to the base of Peak 9 (Quicksilver and Beaver Run 6 chair high speed lift).
SKI TO TOWNHOME: Ski back to Townhome involves Blue/Black and Intermediate/Advanced skiing in the national forest/trees (dependent on peak 10 / Falcon Lift being open). When the Lower Lehman Run on Peak 9 is open and Beaver Run lift is operating, there is a Green/Blue skiing option with a 300 yard hike. The condo was in great shape and in a very nice location. All went just as described in the VRBO post. We hope to come back to Breckinridge next year and we for sure will see if this condo is available for our dates. We had a small issue with the hot tub the first day there and Regina the manager got the problem corrected immediately and the hot tub worked great the rest of the stay. She was on top of it as soon as I contacted her about the issue. We've rented from lots of VRBO condo owners and I will say Regina has been the best to work with. We had an absolutely fantastic perfect for our family ski trip with five kids (ages 6–9)!The location was a huge win: true ski-in/ski-out convenience. From the front door, it took us only about 5 minutes to reach the lifts in the morning (even with five little ones in tow). There are a couple of flat sections that required some pulling or scooting the kids along, but it was totally manageable and way better than dealing with shuttles or parking. Skiing back to the property took around 10 minutes after leaving Breck property and was straightforward once we knew the route—the host’s detailed instructions (maps, trail tips, and photos) made it easy to navigate without getting lost. Inside, the home was spot-on for families. The kitchen was incredibly well-stocked with everything we needed. We cooked all meals and it made life easy with a big group.The bathrooms were equally impressive: fully equipped with towels and toiletries. We also loved the dedicated kids’ area packed with games, toys, books, and activities. It kept the children entertained during downtime. They loved it and it gave the adults some breathing room too!Communication with the host was outstanding. They responded quickly to every question, provided clear check-in details, and even accommodated an early check-in for us—even though the previous guests were still there the night before. That flexibility was a game-changer after our travel day.Overall this place exceeded expectations for a family ski vacation

We loved our stay here! We had a 1.5 and 4 year old, and I really appreciated that it was kid friendly and had all the gear we needed (pack n play and high chair) and lots of extra toys and books to entertain them! The hot tub was great, the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Everything was very comfortable and clean. The bedrooms all had blackout shades as well (also great for the kiddos). The location was nice, just a five minute drive up from main street, and it had great views. Definitely plan to stay here again!

Nice property! Stunningly well equipped; all the basics are covered in the kitchen and bathrooms, and then way beyond with all sorts of spices such. Lots of extra blankets, comfy beds, etc. Quiet area at the end of a small development that's out on its own. Hot tub is nice as well.

Amazing stay

We absolutely loved our stay. The home is very well maintained, spotlessly cleaned, and equipped with everything we needed. The views are just out of this world. Being in a quiet neighborhood with a wide open area right in front of the home was the perfect setting for hours of kids' play when not on the slopes. The ski-in and ski-out access is an amazing convenience. It was easy to find once we knew where it was, but finding it the first time in fresh snow with little tracks was a bit of an adventure. We opted to try the snowshoes provided in the garage and walk around a bit, closely looking at the instructions, to be sure we'll head out the right direction once on skis. The ski-out was easy enough that our cautiously skiing grandma was able to use it. The ski-in back was fun for the kids since they can handle all terrain in Breck, but we took grandma back on the shuttle, which is quite convenient too. The path back through the trees is not hard per se but is best done with a bit of speed to easily pass the flatter parts. Relaxing in the private hot tub looking back at peak 10 slopes is just the perfect way to end the day.

Great property for a fun family get-away!

I hosted both of my adult children, their spouses and infant daughter. This property came with all of the "baby equipment" that usually requires a bunch of extra baggage! We also really appreciated having "extra" supplies available (trash bags, paper towels, TP, cleaning supplies) as typical rentals only supply a limited amount and it creates a problem when these supplies run out. Very comfortable, convenient and family friendly!

Amazing stay! Had everything we needed and more!

We stayed for a summer weekend trip (first week of June) and the location was amazing - only 5 minutes or less to the downtown shops/restaurants. We had our toddler with us too and there was a trail right outside the condo which we walked and it was really cool, the views are amazing. The condo had everything for a toddler and super spacious for our family of 7. Great stay, great location and the hot tub was a plus!

Amazing Breckenridge stay

This place was really wonderful. The main floor is spacious, with a gas fireplace that puts out a lot of heat. The back deck, hot tub, and views from the deck/hot tub are incredible. We were there in late spring and it was a little colder and snowier than expected, but from that, we could tell we had a great view of the ski slopes and it would be great for skiers and non-skiers. It’s maybe a 5 minute drive to town and probably worth it just for the views on that short drive. Honestly an awesome stay, and I don’t think we could think of anything this place lacks.

Just like being at home!!! Everything we needed was there.

We go on trips a lot and stay in some very bogie places. But this place was the most complete well stocked place we’ve ever stayed!!! It was like being at home. All the kitchen supplies you can think of and they had great body wash and big bottles of shampoo and conditioner and washing detergent. They had nice heavy blankets to cover up with while sitting in front of the fire place watching tv made it so comfortable. They also had guys that came shoveled the steps and walk ways after it snowed and had a company that serviced the hot tub. MY POINT IS the owners of this place knows how to host and treat people!!!! We may not come back to Breckinridge because of the resort but that is another story but love to know if these people own other properties.

You won’t regret it!

Awesome condo for stayin at Breck! Convenient to downtown and ski in/out was manageable and got your straight to a main lift. Hot tub was a nice bonus! I will say the ski out is a lot easier then the ski in for snowboarders. Skis didn’t seem to have an issues with either. Overall we will more then likely book here again next year!

Perfect Ski Location

Our family enjoyed our Christmas ski getaway. The location was peaceful and the views are amazing. The neighborhood fox visited frequently. The property was clean and very well stocked. Owner was easy to communicate with and accommodating. Though Peak 10 was closed to ski in, the ski out directions were clear and the shuttle was an easy ride back. The hot tub was well maintained and we used it daily after skiing & snowshoeing. Would definitely stay here again.

Quick getaway

My husband and I were looking for a quick mountain getaway and found a great spot. Loved the back yard backing up to pines and aspen. Not to mention the little fox! The kitchen had everything we needed. We enjoyed the patio during the afternoons and star watching at night!

Beautiful mountainside condo

The condo had access to the mountain trails right at the front door ! No need to drive to hike! Also, there was a very nice hot tub!

Wonderful property

Our family had a great stay here in early summer. We loved the location right next to a trail and creek. In just a few minutes you are in the forest with a picturesque mountain creek. Take your coffee there in the morning. Pretty views of the mountain. We saw a moose from the hot tub one evening. We also saw the neighborhood fox. It is a short drive to Main Street.

Great place to stay

Hot tub was awesome. Well stocked condo. Great location to Main Street Breck. You get some nice views of the mountains. It had plenty of space for my family of five and having 3 different levels actually gives people some space to be to themselves if they want. The only thing knock I can say is bring/buy some toilet paper because you can see through what is provided. But that is more of a suggestion than a complaint. I would totally recommend and come back to this place.
