I’ve stayed here 3-4 times and love it. I love the location which is very close to town. I love that the creek outside the deck. The place is big and has no bunk beds which is a positive. The owners/ property managers are so sweet and responsive. This will always be my top choice when going to Breck!!

The description of the condo was accurate. The interior is slightly worn, but clean and well stocked with linens. The location really is just a five minute walk to ski lifts on Peak 9. Very close to being considered a ski in/out condo which was very conventient. Unfortunately, the there were sewer issue with only one out of three toliets working properly. Management was not abel to resolve the issue. In addition, the kitchen could be better stocked with cooking pans. No pizza pan or 9" x 13" baking pans which should be standard equipment. Check in process was seamless and worked well

Been here before, they’ve updated a couple things since our last stay, that was nice, still a couple things to go for updating (bathrooms). Great spot for my family. They were doing construction on the roof of the building and it was kind of really noisy and messy with parking pretty severely limited. That’s not their fault, just thought you should know.

This property has a great location! It is walking distance to the south end of town, and right on the river with easy access to nearby trails. The unit itself is a bit dated but completely functional - the pictures are accurate. Cookware was a little lacking but worked for our needs as we weren't cooking every night. There was no vacuum or plunger in the unit, and the water pressure in the showers was very, very aggressive.

The locations was great, management was very very easy to work with. Other reviewers have mentioned what I'm about to say but I felt like I had to add my own agreement to it, this property is very very dated. For the price you pay you would think the owners would see the value in updating the bathrooms and kitchen, they are akin to college dormitory quality. I understand wanting to maximize the profit of a place but you guys are on the last fumes of gas in the tank on the optics of that place. Please consider what many of us guests have noticed. Probably will look elsewhere on our next stay in Breckenridge, there are many other properties in the same price range with great accommodations. Again though, property management was excellent and location was great.

Location was awesome, unit had a warm cozy feeling, but it was very outdated especially for the price. Specifically: several of the top burners of the stove top needed to be pushed into use: bathroom fans were so loud that it woke you up at night if someone turned it one, bottom shelf of dishwasher needed to be lifted up to be able to load it, hot water kettle was so rusted we could not use, no filters for the coffee machine. Most annoying was the old bedding. We have stayed in many low rent motels while hunting in eastern Colorado or Kansas and the bedding in this unit was no better. When I rent through a Home Away I expect better. Even with great location, I would not rent again. stayed i

Great location and wonderful set up in the condo, however after checking in on a Friday night we quickly realized and called first thing Saturday morning that the heating in the living room, kitchen, and dining area were not working and it was exceptionally cold in the main living area. Property management assured me they’d put in a work order and have it corrected. We went 4 days of our 6 day rental with this issue. On Christmas Eve in the afternoon electricians finally showed, they popped the breaker and sparks came out of the baseboard in the kitchen. After they examined the baseboards it was easy to see all the wires were fried. They went in to find malfunction in 5.5/6 baseboard in the main living space. When I called property management about the issue I was told that they’d already brought us space heaters, which they hadn’t, and when I pointed that out the lady said she wasn’t going to argue with me because it was the holiday. Turns out another unit has the same problem and they are the ones who got portable heaters. We did not receive portable heaters until late in the afternoon on 12/24, out check out was 10 am 12/26. So virtually our entire stay we had to bundle up like Eskimo’s if we intended to spend family time in the living/dining room. I received a voicemail from property management apologizing for now bringing us heaters and stating that they have no control over issues like this, however that’s their entire job. I found the lady I dealt with slightly rude and when I stated that I should be able to receive some kind of reimbursement for the rent we paid for this holiday vacation, I got the run around. We paid a lot of money to stay here for a family holiday, and did not get what we paid for. Yes the location is great, yes we all could stay here, but we did not sign up for a holiday without heat where we couldn’t even enjoy each others company. Pretty much ruined the entire stay. Hopefully when I check out this am I won’t have issues and they will give me an appropriate partial refund without a fight.

Our stay at Breckenridge was great! The condo had several issues, but the location was perfect. Some of the issues were: the refrigerator leaked, the hall toilet leaked and also ran constantly and it was slow to flush, the kitchen sink garbage disposal didn’t work well, The front door was hard to unlock, one tv was stuck on one channel.

We had a good time here - the ski lifts and Breck are walkable. The shuttle offered didn't work for us as the driver ignored our request for a pickup! There were a few kitchen items that didn't really work properly (toaster not right and rusty kettle). The fire didn't draw - probably needs a flue clean.
