The massive deck with gas fire pit has great views of the mountains and the Breckenridge ski slope. Below the deck you will find the new bocce court! The home boasts an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings, a spacious kitchen, great room, formal dining room and bonus spaces including a TV room. With 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, you will never have to worry about not having enough space. The master bedroom comes with a walk-in closet and an en-suite bath with a jetted tub and steam shower. They frequently checked in via text to make sure we had everything we needed. We loved the proximity to the slopes (5 minutes!) and skied every day! The neighborhood is nice and quiet and we enjoyed many beautiful, snowy walks. This home is perfect for an active family who wants a cozy place to relax after a day on the slopes. My husband and I especially appreciated the steam shower and the fireplace. We had over 18 inches of snow while we were here and I can’t emphasize enough how important it is to have a 4 wheel drive vehicle. The kitchen was absolutely perfect and had everything we needed. We used the crockpot for chili and appreciated the abundance of appliances for cooking and cleaning up Thanksgiving dinner. The kitchen included a 6 burner gas range, two ovens, two dishwashers, and all the pots, pans and utensils we needed. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
