The Space • Full kitchen with island and bar seating for 4. • Large dining table with seating for 6. • Open concept kitchen/dining/living area with vaulted ceilings and skylights for maximal light. • Gas fireplace in upstairs living room. • Bonus living area downstairs features a gas fireplace for warmth and ambiance, sleeper sofa that sleeps 2 as well as large sectional, flat screen smart TV and a laundry area with full size wash and dryer in a closet. • Large flatscreen smart TV located in the living room. \*Please note that guests will need to log into their own streaming apps throughout the house. • Large deck with outdoor seating. • Private hot tub located in the backyard. • Gas grill located on the deck. • Maximum occupancy: 10 • Maximum dogs allowed: 2 • Parking limit: 3-4 depending on size - The detached garage is used for garbage and gear storage ONLY. • Dogs (up to 2) are allowed. We also provide complimentary salt and pepper, coffee and tea, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, kitchen towels, and a sponge. • The bathroom is fully stocked with necessities as well as hairdryers and full size hand soap/conditioner/shampoo/body wash. We recommend visiting the CDC website for more information on traveling to high altitudes. » There is no air conditioning and most properties in the area do not have it due to the mild summer weather and the fact that it cools down significantly at night. » Summit County has strict Short Term Rental rules and regulations that must be followed.
