Upper Village Pool Clubhouse: • Heated outdoor pool • 1 Indoor hot tub • 2 Outdoor hot tubs • Open from noon-8pm • This clubhouse is open seasonally and has the following 2025 CLOSURE dates: Fall maintenance 9/14/25-11/21/25 \*This clubhouse is not on-site and is located approximately 1 block away at 450 Village Rd. There is a path behind the complex that goes directly to the clubhouse. Parking on-site at the clubhouse is limited Location: • Park Place Condominiums – 4 O'clock Area • Slopes – 0.3 mile walk to Snowflake lift • One block from Main Street and plentiful shopping and restaurants • About 2 blocks to the Quicksilver Lift/ Base of Peak 9\* • 1/2 block from the bottom of 4 O'Clock Run. At the end of the day take 4 O'Clock Run all the way down to the bottom and walk 1 block back to the building (snow dependent). • Bus stop located across and just down the street. Bus routes continue to the Breck Connect gondola and the Breckenridge Transfer Station with other bus options to continue to Keystone, Frisco or Copper Mountain. \*Please note that Peak 9 may be closed early and/or late season. Provided Items: • The kitchen is fully stocked with all essentials. We also provide complimentary salt and pepper, coffee and tea, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, kitchen towels, and a sponge. • The bathroom is fully stocked with necessities as well as hairdryers and full size hand soap/conditioner/shampoo/body wash. Laundry detergent is supplied for the washer and dryer. • There is a pack n play crib available in this property. Pack n play sheets are not provided. • Hot tub towels are provided. Other things to note: » The minimum age of the primary renter must be 25. » Property mountain access details and ski in/ski out designations are dependent on open lifts and runs. Guests are responsible for being aware of the Breckenridge Ski Area lift and terrain statuses, opening and closing dates. » There is the potential to snow October-May so cars with proper snow tires and 4WD/AWD are required during this time. » This house is located at an elevation of approximately 9,600ft which is considered high altitude. We recommend visiting the CDC website for more information on traveling to high altitudes. » There is no air conditioning and most properties in the area do not have it due to the mild summer weather and the fact that it cools down significantly at night. » Summit County has strict Short Term Rental rules and regulations that must be followed. Please refer to the Good Neighbor Guidelines posted in the unit on what is required from renters.
