With private riverfront access and close proximity to popular trailheads like Quandary Peak, McCullough Gulch, and Blue Lakes, this home is perfect for nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts. Inside, you'll find original, handmade artwork crafted by the homeowner, including custom wood furnishings that add a personal touch. The entry, main living area, and one bedroom with an attached bathroom are step-free and suitable for most mobility needs. This home is pet-friendly! Kitchen: Walk straight ahead from the front entry into the fully equipped kitchen, featuring full-size appliances, ample prep space, and all the cookware, utensils, and dinnerware you need for home-style meals. A traditional drip coffee is available as well as a Keurig. Living Room: The main living room is a cozy and welcoming space designed for relaxation. Anchored by a beautiful stone-trimmed gas fireplace, it features a wall mounted flat screen TV with cable, and two plush reclining sofas positioned for comfortable seating by the fire, along with an additional sofa and lounge chair on the opposite side of the room. It had plenty of space for our group of six and two dogs. There were adequate supplies provided for the duration of our stay (toiletries, plates, cups, etc.). The outdoor area was very serene with a beautiful balcony overlooking a pretty stream. The location was great - near Breck in a small neighborhood where we could walk our dogs. Check-in/check-out was easy. Overall, the cabin was clean, but there were some areas that had cobwebs, etc. that would have been nice if they were cleaned up. While we knew there was a creek on the property, we didn't realize it's proximity to the house until we arrived. A true gem to have a house next to a creek that is flowing, the sound of flowing water only made the property more enjoyable! Location is great in the mountains and close enough to Breckenridge with a short drive. The house water is well water and has a certain smell to it, but didn't take long to get used to. House and property are in great shape and we truly enjoyed our stay. Our pups enjoyed it as well. Host checked in and responded promptly. From the moment you enter, the attention to detail is obvious. The kitchen is large and well stocked with anything and everything needed to prepare meals together. The furniture is comfortable and with 2 fireplaces, 2 TV’s and two family areas everyone can spread out. Our favorite plus was 4 bedrooms, each with a king size bed. Our daughter was so happy not to get a bunk bed!! But next….. when you go out onto the decks or into the backyard it is pure serenity with the steam that runs through the back yard. The location is private. Easy access to Breckenridge. Everyone wanted to stay…..indefinitely. We hope to return. ##### Susan F.
