PROPERTY HIGHLIGHTS: This Victorian style home is just 3-1/2 blocks from Main Street Breckenridge and 1 mile to the Breckenridge Gondola for skiing at Breckenridge Ski Resort. Four en-suite bedrooms (each bedroom with its own bathroom) makes this home ideal for families and small groups. The Ski Haus on Harris Street sits in the beloved historic district on a quiet end of the street with no thru traffic. Pet friendly for one to three well-behaved doggies depending on size. Free shuttle route stop 1-1/2 blocks from home.
ENTERTAINMENT: TVs for streaming in living room and primary bedroom. High-speed, reliable internet throughout.
THE TINY COMPANY DIFFERENCE: Breck Mountain Rentals is a very small company offering big customer service, locally-owned and operated here in Breckenridge, CO. Your calls/texts are answered immediately 9am-9pm and 24 hours for emergencies. Our inventory is limited to a select number of properties only in the Breckenridge core so that we are able to provide attention to detail, for happy homes and happy guests. All Breck Mountain Rental properties are meticulously maintained and well stocked with full-sized and/or ample guest supplies, an informative welcome binder and a gift bag.
LOCATION: Easy walkability to downtown Breckenridge shops and dining, 0.9 miles to the Breckenridge Gondola for skiing at Peaks 6-8, 0.8 mile to Peak 9. One block to free sledding hill at Carter Park.
ACCESS: ALL Breckenridge visitors need 4WD/AWD for safe transportation to and around town. Guests can walk on flat sidewalk just over three blocks to shopping/dining on Main Street. A Breck Free Ride shuttle stop is just 1-1/2 blocks away for transportation to Gondola or connections to anywhere in Summit County. As our guests, we are happy to help you with the details of getting around Breckenridge and where to park.
FLOOR PLAN: Three levels
Main Level:
• Kitchen, living and dining areas
• Half bath and laundry room
• Access to outdoor hot tub a few steps out the door
Upper Level:
• King bedroom with attached bath (shower and tub)
• King bedroom with attached bath (shower only)
Lower Level:
• King bedroom with attached bath (shower and tub).
• Double Queen bedroom with attached bath (shower and tub)
POLICIES/RULES: All guests must be at least 28 years of age with the exception of children and young adults traveling with parents.
Max occupancy of 10. We reserve the right to lower the max occupancy if there are pets in the group.
ID and signed rental agreement required
Max vehicles is 3 (third vehicle tandem)
One medium dog or two small dogs max. Signed Pet Policy required.
No smoking, no events, no parties.
CHRISTMAS/NEW YEAR 2025: Reservations including the night of Dec 25, must check out by Dec 27, unless also booking the night of Jan 1. Reservations including the night of Jan 1, may not arrive prior to Dec 27 unless also booking the night of Dec 25.
PET POLICY:
Well-behaved, well-mannered doggies only! Dogs may not be left in the home alone at any time unless crated. We have a Leave-No-Trace policy- no scratch/chew marks, no excessive hair, no yard waste. $125/dog. Dogs must be leashed outdoors at all times per town ordinance. Dogs must be minimum of 1 year old, one 40 pound or less dog, or two small less than 20 pound dogs. A photo of your pet, brief description of how/where they sleep/spend time alone and signed pet policy are required.
We have an exclusive small business partnership with Black Tie Rentals Breckenridge. Our guests receive a 15% discount on ski/board/bike rentals that includes free delivery to your vacation home. Skip the hassle of picking up your rentals and have those items delivered to your home and picked up at departure.
