As you step inside, you'll be greeted by the warmth of ski-town ambiance. The stylishly adorned kitchen is a chef's dream, fully equipped with glassware, dishware and cooking utensils for crafting your favorite home-cooked meals. You'll have all the necessary appliances, including a microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, and coffee maker, to make your meal making effortless. Savor your culinary creations at the countertop bar with seating for four, or gather around the exquisite wood dining table that comfortably accommodates six.
After a day of adventure, sink into the plush embrace of the large couch and two cozy side chairs. Whether you're watching a movie on the TV or immersing yourself in a captivating vacation read with a cup of hot cocoa, the gas fireplace will envelop you in its cozy comfort.

Trails End is going to be undergoing construction starting when the Base of Peak 9 closes for the 24/25 ski season. Once closed, Trails End's hot-tubs and sauna will be shut off, and they will block the rear entrance of the building for a major remodel. The closure will likely take place from mid-April to December. The HOA tells us that noise may occur through the complex while they work.
The Upper Village Pool Complex is scheduled to close September 14th and reopen November 21st.
An exclusive perk of this unit is its dedicated heated underground parking space for one vehicle, ensuring you never have to scrape off snow or ice. Additional outdoor parking for one car is available in the shared onsite lot.
