Condo was great and had everything we needed, except shampoo. We used the VRBO app to book and communicate with the property manager but they apparently don't use the app regularly. Initial communication before our stay we used the app with quick replies. However, the check in instructions were sent via email, went into a junk folder. Once we checked in they did not reply to any messages in the app until we left. It seems that there should be some consistency with communication, either use the VRBO app 100% of the time or Email 100% of the time, using both sporadically is frustrating. Stating their communication policy up front would be tremendously useful. Still a great condo with just about everything you need for a great stay. ##### Chris C.
