Aug 31, 2025 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, location We did like the location of the building, but the unit itself had a lot of road noise, even with the windows closed. We would have liked to sit outside on the deck, but it was too noisy. We were not happy that the elevator was not functioning, and hadn't been for many weeks. It's a good thing that we did not take my mother in law (we thought about it) as she uses a walker. The situation was not ADA compliant, and many people we spoke to in the building were pretty unhappy with the situation. We all had to drag our luggage up several flights of stairs, which made my husbands bad back worse. In addition, there were a few instances that the hallway on the 2nd floor smelled of propane. We advised the front desk, but I'm not sure if anything was done about it. Overall, we would not recommend this unit except for the walkability to main street and the gondola. ##### Karen D.
