To give you an idea of where you will stay, this home is located in the Upper Warriors Mark neighborhood in Breckenridge. To Ski-Out you will go to the public access Burro Trail, exiting the trees onto the Lower Lehman run on Peak 9\. To Ski-In you will take the Falcon Superchair to the top of Peak 10 and down. Depending on the snowpack, skiers should be able to ski all or most of the route. Boarders may need to walk a little. You will have access to the Upper Warriors mark shuttle as well. West Ice Arena, and 2) north of town at the Airport Road satellite lot, which also accommodates RVs and trailers. Colorado Traction Law: From September through May 31, the Colorado Traction Law is in effect for all drivers traveling on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero as well as US-285 to Breckenridge . This law mandates that vehicles must be equipped with either four-wheel or all-wheel drive and snow-rated or mud + snow tires. Alternatively, vehicles with two-wheel drive must have winter tires, chains, or other traction devices. Ensuring your vehicle is properly equipped is essential for safe winter driving in Colorado. If you’re renting a car, be sure to confirm with your rental company that your vehicle meets these requirements. Important Winter Advisory: Please be aware that during the winter months, roads and driveways are likely to be snow-covered or icy, making four-wheel drive (4WD) or all-wheel drive (AWD) essential for safe travel. We are unable to offer refunds for vehicles that get stuck or require towing, and unfortunately, we cannot assist with towing or vehicle recovery.
