Do you or your family need a ski vacation or summer getaway? Why not spend it in our clean and comfortable 2-bedroom, partial mountain-view condo at the Village at Breckenridge? Our spacious 2-bedroom / 2-bathroom floor plan has 1,150 square feet of space. Our corner unit condo is in the Shavano Building on the 4th floor.

Our condo is a block off of main street and within walking distance from some of the finest restaurants and shopping that Breck has to offer. We are located directly next to the Quiksilver high-speed chair lift at the base of the Peak 9 area.

Our condo comfortably sleeps 4 to 5 and can accommodate 6 to 7 people. The master bedroom has a plush, king-size bed. It also has an 8-drawer dresser as well as a desk & chair. The master bath has a walk-in shower with bench to relax after a long day of skiing or hiking.

The guest bedroom also has a king-size bed along with a bunk bed. The guest bath has a tub shower.

There is also a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room for extra sleeping space, if needed.

There are flat screen TV's in both bedrooms as well as the living room. We have lovingly decorated our condo with all of your creature comforts from home. Treat it as your 'home-away-from-home'. A great place to vacation with family / friends or as a romantic getaway!

Parking is limited to one vehicle only and subject to availability at time of reservation. Please note that parking is NOT guaranteed and is on a first-come, first-serve basis.
(Off-site parking recommendations are available for 2nd vehicle, if needed.)

Please note that our unit does NOT have a washer/dryer. There is a dedicated, credit-card operated laundry room on our floor just 2 doors down the hall from our condo.

Check-in time is 4pm and check out time is 11am.

Please no smoking and no pets!

We did a quick weekend trip to Breck in mid June and this spot was perfect. Lee, the owner, was super helpful, provided thorough instructions, and even gave us some family friendly restaurant suggestions. The unit was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment. The indoor/outdoor pool was perfect for our two year old, it even had a small zero entry that let her have her own space away from the big kids. As far as location, this was perfect for us. So much in walking distance, plus there is a shuttle stop right outside. We also traveled with an electric car, while charging wasn't free it was cheap and extremely nice to have that available to use.

This property is in a perfect location for a long ski weekend in Breckenridge. Literally steps away from the Quicksilver lift, and with multiple options for ski rentals, you have everything you need for the trip nearby. This is also an easy walk to the shops and restaurants of Breckenridge so you won't need your car unless you venture beyond the town. The host was great to work with and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was going well. We'll definitely be going back soon!

We have stayed a lot at Breck and you cannot beat this location!! It is by far the closest to the Maggie and the Quicksilver chair. There are lots of restaurants and ski rental places close by. The owners game room, pool and hot tubs were also amazing. It was busy, since it was Spring Break, but still a lot of room for everyone. Didn’t even have to walk outside to get there. The owner was responsive and super helpful! We would definitely stay here again.Thank you Lee for the best vacation!

This condo has the best location for ski in /ski out and walk to downtown! Perfect for skiing and enjoying the downtown area without getting into your car. The owner is very easy to work with and helpful. The condo is comfortable and clean! We have stayed here several times and look forward to again.

If you are looking to focus on Peak 9 or 10 (your family a mix of novice and more seasoned like ours) can't beat the location. All of Main Street a quick few minutes walk. Beds were comfortable, water pressure great. Just as described by many others!

Amazing! This is the place you want! I couldn’t believe how every detail was thoughtful and made our stay that much more delightful! This unit is within steps of the chair lift and ski rental shop. The condo was fully stocked with all your needs. The bedding and towels were of the highest quality. Also, the walking distance to awesome restaurants was perfect. And, the host was so easy to communicate with! I would highly recommend renting this condo!!

Super ideal location for Peak 9 lovers and kids in ski school. No more locker rentals for boots at this place! Just walk back in boots for lunch. Perfect layout for 2 families and kids. Will be back next year!

We stayed here on our first ski trip to Breckenridge and couldn't have been happier. The location is perfect -- steps from a lift and from downtown. (For any newcomers, I wasn't sure if Peak 9 was the right place to base ourselves, and it was a great choice. Easy to get around the mountain and close to great runs.)The unit has everything you could want in the winter, including ski maps and boot warmer, plus a fully kitted out kitchen. And the communication with the owner is top notch. He gave us advice on rentals, shuttles and even runs. I can't recommend it more highly and would absolutely stay here again.

Our winter visit to Breckenridge was made perfect by Lee and his beautiful home at the Village of Breckenridge. Lee was incredibly communicative before our visit and during. Check-in was a breeze. We were able to park our vehicle in the secured garage and make our way up to the condo without any issue. I kind of itself was everything we expected and more the furnishings are beautiful. The location cannot be beat. We were able to rent skis at Christy’s at the bottom of the building and walk just a few steps further to the Quicksilver lift at the bottom of peak nine. I don’t know that we could’ve found a better place to stay or a better host. Would definitely reserve from again.

This property was amazing. The owner Lee kept in touch with us from the moment we paid until we checked out. He provided detailed instructions for the unit. It is a 5-10 min walk to everything on Main Street! The pool and hot tubs in the building next door were also very nice with a steam room ,workout room and sauna! This unit also has elevator access and the area around it is also very accessible! So much to do there and not enough time! We would definitely stay again. the unit which was extremely helpful
