Perfect location in Breckenridge for access to shopping, dining and skiing. I loved the amenities, the abundance of light, and that I could step outside and see the woods and mountains. The place had everything we needed for a wonderful stay, and made it all very easy.

It’s great if you don’t want to be comfortable
I booked this for 3 people & we were ONLY left with towels for 2. There were no extra towels on property.
It says it’s updated by esthetics only- we could hear EVERYTHING including the couple above us that we felt we were directly in bed with having relationships for hours into the night. It was disgusting & off setting. It felt like a cheap cheese motel sorry I would never stay here again.

The location was great! Could ski to bottom of vacation rental and walk through small creek to get directly to the place. While my wife and 5 year old were comfortable staying for vacation, it wasn’t somewhere we felt excited about coming home to. Was a great place to sleep but only one queen bed and an outdated pull out couch that was not comfortable as I slept there to give my wife and daughter the bed in order to get the rest they needed for full days of skiing. Post it note in the kitchen states “touch faucet” but did not work well and even came on randomly after being touch-turned off. A day before we left the faucet stopped working altogether but we assumed the touch battery ran out…then realized we couldn’t even manually turn it on. We did not complain as we had one night left and had bottled water. Overall…The place was good for some rest and location to center of town/ski lifts, easy bus rides to the lifts but unfortunately we did not find the place memorable nor would we return. But still, thank you for allowing us to stay as this does not ruin the memories we made as a family. The nights at our vacation rental did not match the fun/comfort of our days spent on the slopes. 5 stars for communication but we did not have any so not really applicable but didn’t want to hurt that rating for them.

My fiancé and I stayed here for one night on a quick trip to Breckinridge. The condo was super cozy and comfy, and was in a great location to walk to all of the shops and restaurants downtown. We would definitely stay again!

The place is very small, but that was expected and worked out fine in terms of sleeping arrangements. The kitchenette had almost everything we needed. We had a small oven, but no oven ready pans or trays which was disappointing. The reason for the 3 stars was that the fridge froze everything that was put in it regardless of the temperature setting and for 2 nights in a row we had no water till morning. Fortunately, we had family also in town that had a place with a full kitchen and running water. Otherwise, we would have figured out how the after hours services were.

Good time
Great location. Right on 4 o'clock road trail. Walk across the trail to Pine Ridge condo to get bus one stop to Snowflake lift. 5 minute walk to town. Quiet. Decent kitchenette. Only problem was toilet that usually needed to be flushed twice. Had to call for service once and guy was there within an hour. Be sure to have 4-wheel drive car. I got stuck on incline in parking lot in toyota camry with 5 inches of snow.

place worked great for our quick snowboarding trip. The pull out bed mattress was like sleeping on the metal frame and there were quite a few cars parked without a pass so we had to park farther away and had a permit for it but overall it worked out great
