This house was perfect for our stay! Huge kitchen and living area and everything was clean and new! The hot tub was very relaxing! Hosts were quick to respond when the washer was broken and brought some extra linens immediately. Some of the beds were a little hard, but we would definitely stay again!

We absolutely love this home! We are a family of four who vacation Breckenridge almost every spring break. A home that is clean and well kept is the most important to us and by far this home is the cleanest home we have ever stayed at. The house was well equipped with all you would need. We had more than enough room. The home had an additional casual living/movie area downstairs, perfect for teenagers to hang out. It was also nice having access to the garage. The home is beautifully decorated with a ton of natural light and amazing views. We truly had one of our very best family vacations at this home and made forever memories. Thank You! We will definitely be back.

We could not have loved the Cocoa Cabin more!!! It was the perfect place for us to spend Christmas with our adult children! It’s obvious that every detail was considered when designing and decorating this home. It is beautiful and so comfortable! In addition, it’s appointed to perfection! Anything and everything we looked for in the kitchen was there! Thank you so much for sharing it with our family and adding to our wonderful “Christmas in Breckenridge” memories!

We had an amazing stay at this property! The home was clean, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable visit. The location was perfect—close to everything we wanted to explore, yet quiet and peaceful. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure we felt welcome throughout our stay.

Great little community of houses by Breck lodge off of boreas pass. We were familiar with area as we've had ownership at gold point up off baldy road. The house was ready upon arrival and was thoroughly cleaned. We were a family of 5 (3 kids) and this place probably could double it or more for occupancy. Great little area on the base level for children and have their own entertainment area so adults can enjoy time upstairs. We used the hot tub every afternoon after hiking which was very well kept. Multiple hiking trails up boreas or down towards baldy then up. We've been coming to Breck for 10 years and this was the best house we've rented by far and property managers were responsive first few days as we figured out minor things.

We stayed at this property for a week of hiking in October and had a great time. The house was wonderful with beautiful views and close to many hikes. The house is new and everything is high quality. Our interaction with VisitBreck and Pinnacle Property management was outstanding, and they made sure we had everything we needed.

We used this space to get ready for my wedding. It was absolutely perfect. There was plenty of natural light, the views were beyond stunning and the colors of each room were perfect. The kitchen was well equipped for our needs and my only complaint is that the rooms didn’t have any floor length mirrors, which would have been nice to have for getting ready. Otherwise it was beyond perfect

House was brand new and beautiful. Came with everything you needed to cook pretty much anything. Location was also great just a few minutes away from town. My only gripe was they were very strict with check in/check out time. So don't expect any early check in or late check out. Otherwise it was perfect.

Cocoa cabin is beautiful. New build in small neighborhood up Boreas Pass road. Plenty of room for 2 families. Open plan and gorgeous furniture and fittings. Kitchen is very well equipped with all new items. Does not feel like “2nd Home” with mismatched kitchen items as some rentals do. All is high end, matching and quality so you feel like you are living in a lovely home. Hot tub is a great end of day bonus. We stayed during ski season and loved the skiing in Breck. Location is a little out of town and I would say bus/shuttle at local stop at once per hour is very limiting. We worked out a better approach by driving to ice rink (1.5 miles) and free parking with shuttles 4x per hour which was much better. Overall a great stay. Manager and contact for property was excellent.

The house was very clean and perfect for our family get away. We had 6 adults and one 3 year old and 2 one year olds. The wrap around deck was great, since it was enclosed which allowed our little ones to roam around on it safely. Each family had their own bedroom and bathroom. The living, eating, and kitchen areas were all together, so we could play, eat, and play games in one large area. The hot tub was great and the cool evenings allowed us to spend time in it. We needed parking for 3 cars, and there were 4 spots available. Lovely area with the trees. Just a fabulous place. We would stay here again for sure!
