This is the PERFECT location, any season! In ski season, you will walk right out the front door to the slopes and lift, it doesn't get any easier! Then stroll into town for dinner or drinks after a day of sking. Then in the summer, sit by the river for a glass of wine, or cup of coffee, take a hike or walk to town for dinner, coffee, a drink or shopping on the quaint, historic Main Street . Once the car is parked in the garage, you won't need to get it out again. If you want to stay in, the kitchen is stocked with all you need to cook at home. Plus a gas grill is on the front patio if you want to grill out. The 2 smart TV's give you access to cable and your own Netflix, Disney Plus, Prime Video accounts and more.

Spring skiing

Location was perfect. True definition of Ski-in/Ski-out. Place was clean and everything worked. Sarah (manager) was fantastic - she did an awesome job ensuring check-in/check-out went smooth. Sarah checked in daily to make sure we were 100% taken care of. Very convenient 5-minute walk to Main St. for drinks/dinner.We will be back.

A fantastic spot to stay in Breckenridge, just steps from the slope and a short walk to downtown Breckenridge - we didn’t us our car all week.The condo was comfortable and well stocked and the communication from the owner was great. We hope to be back in the future!

Great for skiing & family getting together

Place was well equipped and we found it easy to get around with ski in ski off and going to town. We could disperse in the unit and not be all jammed together in one room and the bunk beds worked perfectly for the young teens traveling with us.

5 Stars – Perfect Getaway! Will definitely look forward to coming here again. We had an absolutely amazing stay at this property! From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless and exactly as described. The home was beautifully decorated, well-stocked with everything we needed, and incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect—close to local attractions and ski lift yet peaceful and relaxing.Sarah was fantastic—responsive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed for a great stay. We especially loved the personal touches and homely feeling. Sarah provided exceptional advice on what to do with family and toddlers and even went out of the way to provide info on medical centers nearby for us. If you’re looking for a wonderful place to stay, look no further. We would absolutely book this property again in the future!Let me know if you’d like any tweaks!

Great stay

A perfect location, the lift is right out the front door and a two minute walk. Downtown is a ten minute walk. The unit is spacious, clean and comfortable. There is indoor parking and check in and out is easy and straight forward. I would stay here again without hesitation

This property is truly amazing! This is LEGIT ski in/ski out, you cannot beat the location. The owner is incredibly communicative and helpful. The place is gorgeous and comfortable. It’s laid out perfectly for a family or two couples. We cannot wait to come back next year I truly have zero complaints.

Perfect place

I can’t say enough good things about this place! It is clean, modern and super comfortable. The host is exceptional and texted me directly to make sure everything ran smoothly. It is directly by the lift and made skiing so easy! The garage was perfect and we didn’t have to worry about parking. Super sweet touches like a basket of blankets by the fireplace. I would stay here again in an instant and highly recommend it!

Our host Sarah couldn’t have done enough for us … was always easy to talk with and if I needed a question she not only answered immediately but solved whatever problem I had… the only downside was the condo we rented the pool & hot tub was closed … Sarah did inform us about the community center which was fabulous … it did cost us $$ to join but was well worth the $$

This property was a great fit for our family of six. Easy walk to downtown. Property is stocked with everything you need. Communication with owner was very clear and we had no problems with check in or checkout, even with a last minute booking. I would stay here again!

Comfort and Location

I’ve been coming to Breckenridge for 30 years. I can tell you that you can’t beat the location of this townhome. It is a true ski in ski out. The front door is on the mountain and faces peak 9, the Quicksilver lift. You can ski down into the lift and ski into the room. It is also a quick walk to town. Sarah, the owner, was very informative and attentive. The beds were very comfortable. There is a washer and dryer. There is everything you need for your stay. My family of 4 will hopefully be back and staying at the 4 O’Clock again.

Beautiful Unit in Ideal Location-Highly Recommend

We are a family of 5, 3 girls ages 6-12. The unit was perfect for our needs. It is clean and modern. The kitchen is well stocked and garage is right under the townhome making arrival and departure very easy. The beds were all comfortable and everyone slept well. The bathrooms are all clean and updated. There are ample hooks by the entrance/living room for all the ski gear making it easy to keep the living space tidy. My wife commented "finally someone who gets the importance of wall-hooks!" The unit is facing the Quicksilver lift, so the unit is a true ski-in/ski out. This made it very easy for the family to ski together and take stops to warm up and rest. The location is also walking distance to all of shops/restaurants in Breck (2 minutes to the base and 5 minutes to the town). This made it easy for us to both walk to dinner and bring in takeout. Sarah is an excellent host. She always responds quickly and made sure everything was satisfactory. My whole family was comfortable and have already asked me to plan our return trip. We will definitely stay here again! I highly recommend this vacation rental.

Perfect Breckenridge Location!

We have stayed at several units in the Cedars and this one was perfect for our family of four. The location is perfect! Just a few steps from the walk bridge and then you can click in and be at the Quicksilver lift in no time. The unit has been updated appropriately and the owner was very responsive and addressed any questions we had right away. Would definitely stay again. Thanks!

Perfect Location

Our family of 4 stayed in this condo for Thanksgiving 2023 and had a wonderful stay. We've been coming to Breck for Thanksgiving for 10+ years, have rented many condos and hotel rooms and I have to say that we've never had a more convenient location than this condo. The front door is literally steps from the Peak 9 base, this is true ski in/ski out. There is also a ski locker conveniently located at your front door meaning you never have to carry you skis more than a few yards. The condo is also a very easy walk to downtown. The photos are a very accurate representation of the condo. It's impeccably clean and nicely updated. The beds and other furniture are comfortable and the kitchen is very well equipped with everything you'd need to cook and serve meals for a large group. Sarah is easily one of the most communicative and helpful VRBO hosts that we've ever had. We'll stay here again in the future.
