The townhome was beautifully appointed and you can't beat the location. We never even moved our car during our stay (having a 2-car garage was a nice bonus). Walked to the Snowflake lift in the mornings and skied right down 4 o'clock at the end of the day. We've stayed many places in Breck and this is a new favorite. Our family enjoyed our stay at the house. Everything was very good overall! Beds were all fairly comfortable. The layout was alright very little families but nothing to complain about. It’s nice that you have a front patio and wooded area for kids to play in snow. It is right next to road so you need to be mindful of cars pulling in fast to alleyway. The house could use some updating and a “modern” touch in most areas. I would also suggest adding light fixtures in living room, and bedrooms. The entryway would be better suited to have more hanging and storage for coats and boots from skiing. It’s great location to lifts and downtown! The property manager is very responsive and helpful. The house is a bit dated, especially the bedrooms and bathrooms. Some small investments would make it much better. Lights were not working, the toilet seat was broken, and the dishwasher didn't work (the property manager sent someone to repair it). Very spacious living area (the wood burning fireplace was definitely a great surprise) and nicely furnished apartment. Location is great, walking distance from the lift or the bus stop to the lifts.
