  • Step inside Rachel Lane, a spacious, beautifully appointed 3-story home designed for both relaxation and entertainment. The main level welcomes you with rich wood floors and a cozy living area, anchored by a gas fireplace and plush leather sofas. Adjacent, the gourmet kitchen boasts gleaming granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and every gadget you could possibly need to whip up a home-cooked meal.

    This home features four well-appointed bedrooms:
    Main Level: One luxurious queen bed and rustic log twin-over-twin bunk beds, perfect for kids or extra guests.
    Upper Level: The sumptuous master suite with a queen bed, a spacious ensuite bathroom, and a private deck offering unobstructed ski area views. An additional upper-level bedroom includes a comfortable queen bed and sweeping views of the majestic Tenmile Range.

    Indulge in the expansive entertainment area, complete with a wet bar, flat-screen TVs, a pool table, and an air hockey table. Outside, immerse yourself in the large, bubbling private hot tub on the patio, soaking in panoramic views of the ski area after a day of mountain adventures.

    Breckenridge is a high alpine environment; expect extreme winter weather conditions during your visit. We highly recommend a 4WD vehicle when traveling to the mountains, especially in the winter.
    Amenities may have closures or restrictions during your visit, depending on the season or local regulations.

View of the slopes, not too far from Main Street, quiet neighborhood, and a great property for a larger group. Very comfortable and well-kept.

Great Family Spot

Toby's place was great. It was large enough for 3 families to spreadout and be comfortable. We apprciated all the nice touches and appliances. It was in a great location in Breckenridge and central to everything. Enjoyed the views and will be back.

Beautiful Breckenridge home

We stayed with our family at this beautiful Breckenridge home. It was a wonderful Thanksgiving in the mountains. The home had a perfect kitchen for our meal. . Thanksgiving was at the Breckenridge house. We love the Jacuzzi and the view. Will definitely come back here again.

Great family times

Once every 3-5 year family gathering. This home was perfect for our age group and the basement game room was greatly appreciated. The back deck was perfect for star gazing and mountain enjoyment. Thanks to the Botti family for making it available through VRBO.

A great girls weekend celebrating my 50th

Hands down a great weekend and Toby made everything so easy from booking to checking in. House was gorgeous and spacious. The views for morning coffee were breathtaking. Bonus for all of us dog lovers there was a trail behind the house where people walked their dogs. Hot tub was absolutely fantastic. I cannot recommend this house enough. If your looking for that getaway you must look here.

Great stay for a family vacation

The house was great for four couples and a couple kids, plenty spacious. The stream and walking path that ran by the house were nice and provided relaxing ambient sounds. Kitchen was well stocked so we could cook our own meals there. Close drive to do anything in town. There were landscapers there during the stay that we hadn't been informed of, but this didn't have a large affect on our stay.

Annual Family Vacation

Those closer to 50 took the two very nice bedrooms upstairs and left the two on the main floor for the 70+. The management company was very responsive to our needs. The home is just far enough from town to provide great view and close enough to walk if you're not from the low country.

SKI Season Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our Ski trip in March saw lots of snow. That being said, the shuttle stops in the area were inconvenient to walk to because of all the snow. It was a 1.4 mile drive to the Gondola parking lot so getting to the slopes was easy. The kitchen was very well equipped. Overall, the accommodations were clean and in good condition. The inside of the house had a number of "group" areas with seating but for our crowd of 10, we could not all fit comfortably in any one space. We enjoyed the air hockey and pool table. There is a gas grill but we did not use that. The garage has parking for two but large vehicles such as a full size truck probably would not fit.

Good vacation value in comfortable family home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the second year that we have rented this home for our annual family ski house. Having five full bathrooms and four parking spots in a four bedroom house makes this work for our family. Next year we plan on getting a house with even more bedrooms, but otherwise we would consider returning.I wish that we had had a back up propane tank in the garage both years since by the time we realized the propane was out, it was too late to fetch any while still feeding everyone in a timely manner. We loved the family time spent playing pool and soaking in the hot tub, though. We always enjoy the views of the ski slopes from the living room windows. You know you are in ski country when you can watch the snow cats grooming the slopes after dark. We have made many special family memories in this house, and if we have the right number of people in the future, we could be back at this home for a third time.

We loved the house and all of its amenities! It was great for a large group and also a fabulous location. The close bus stop gave us easy access to town without needing to drive on the icy roads.
