For walkers take a stroll around Baggy Point the National Trust headland with spectacular views of the coastline. Inside, the property is spacious and attractively presented, with underfloor heating each room is provided with individual room controls for your comfort. The spacious lounge is bright and airy with large comfortable sofas, feature inset fireplace, and french doors opening onto the decked patio and level lawn. A stylish, well equipped dining kitchen with large family table is complemented by solid woodwork surfaces and cream units. A bright dining room with french doors also opening to the garden offers the option for dining or alternative family space. On the first floor are four well-presented bedrooms and a separate family bathroom. Both King size bedrooms are ensuite, one with shower and another with bathroom, with views towards the sand dunes and sea. The fifth bedroom, a twin room is on the ground floor. This unique and individual home provides an opportunity for the larger discerning family and is furnished and equipped to a high standard. The lovely south-facing landscaped garden is ideal for the whole family to relax or dine al fresco. With ample private parking, guests are also welcome to use the garage with convenient electric garage door providing useful storage for surfboards or bicycles.
