"We weren't prepared for how remote this property is and the extended rainy season made it even more so with very poor road conditions. Be sure to stock up on EVERYTHING you'll need before going up there as a trip to any store or restaurant will be lengthy. "The property is very well maintained, refreshing at entry. I’m thoroughly pleased with my stay. We visited both buffet and other restaurants on the property and both were excellent. The only problem was when we went off the property we were charged a ridiculous price to go NEXT door to the restaurant $170 literally five minutes away. Other than that everything was amazing, staff was top notch nice people. Thanks for the amazing hospitality "

"There’s no Wi-Fi throughout the entire resort it’s only in the common areas. It’s also not worth paying extra for the mini bar. They claim that they only restock it every other day but in my six day trip, mine was only restocked once after I called multiple times, & spoke to multiple people, telling them it was never restocked and they ran out of water bottles, so being someone who needs to take medication in the morning I had to remember to take cups of water back to the room at night"
