This was by far the best breakfast I had at any hotel throughout Brazil. It is a great start to any day when you get started with the right food. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. I arrived in the early hours of the morning (around 6AM), and I was given breakfast and an early check-in that was all unanticipated. The location was within great walking distance of many areas of interest, restaurants, and shopping.

When I booked the room, I had the choice to pick a basement or another room, but it did not mention that it was in the basement. Once checked in, I was given a basement room with no windows. The corridor smelled of raw sewage, the toilet was broken and leaking dirty water on the floor, the shower did not get hot, and the AC was prehistoric and very noisy. Staff were rude and argumentative when I said I wanted a new room and wanted to be charged to upgrade, but said they were full. The whole experience was awful

A hospedagem teve um bom custo-benefício e atendeu bem no geral. O café da manhã estava ok, com boa variedade, e a cama era confortável, proporcionando uma boa noite de descanso. Como ponto de melhoria, o banheiro precisa de mais atenção. O chuveiro estava com pouca pressão e a água fria. Também não havia limitador de água no box, o que fazia a água se espalhar por todo o espaço. Além disso, o banheiro apresentava aspecto de sujeira, principalmente na cortina do box. Apesar desses detalhes, a experiência geral foi satisfatória considerando o custo-benefício.

O grande problema da minha estadia, foi o ar condicionado do quarto 8, reclamei várias vezes, pois ele estava como se não tivesse um calço e toda vez o termostato desligava parecia que o quarto estava caindo na minha cabeça, eu avisei a vários funcionários e só desculpa, nenhuma atitude foi tomada, um completo absurdo.

O café da manhã e demais refeições muito boas e bem feita. A acomodação bem limpa. O ar condicionado não era muito eficiente e muito barulhento. Os funcionários são cordiais e disponíveis. A acomodação é condizente com o valor. Mas tudo funciona e bem limpo. Eu recomendo. Como sugestão, aumentar o espaço do refeitório para k café da manhã.
