In my point of view of the hotel of Waterside Inn, it was pretty excellent with the staff and how the facility and our room were spotless clean. Definitely recommend to anyone who stay here to relax and enjoy the out side view and couple amazing restaurants.

Great location and look. Love the convenience of the little shop/café downstairs. The staff were attentive, professional and kind. The room was small for my liking but clean with a comfy bed. Would definitely stay again!

Very poor communication - dirty laundry was left in the washer. Dirty dishes left. The unit wasn’t cleaned properly; Upon leaving, a large Russian man who was apparently the cleaner came into the room without our knowledge. Had not knocked or announced his entry, just unlocked the door and walked right in. I was standing there undressed, terrified. He STILL didn’t make me aware of who he was: this was well before the checkout time. So he shouldn’t have been there at all: this was an extreme safety concern and a massive privacy violation. I made the rental company aware, three emails sent and they have ignored me and avoided further contact with a proper solution. Not even offering an apology. This is a warning moving forward- I wouldn’t book with these people again. They don’t take care of their clientele or guests.

Great hotel! Rooms are spacious and well equipped! Location is perfect! Staff are pleasant and accommodating! Third time staying at this hotel and will return again!

Very nice modern room with a nice view at night. Very close to the eaton centre
