Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, smart TV, private balcony access, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and separate walk-in shower and jetted tub. Bedroom #3 includes 2 queen size beds and a smart TV. The home also includes an additional guest bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo. THINGS TO NOTE: \- Washer and dryer in home. \- Parking is available for up to 2 vehicles – 1 in front of the garage and 1 between the garages. Parking passes are required. As of January 1, 2026, there is a $7.00 per night, per vehicle fee to all nightly rental guests paid to the POA when you check in. This is a mandatory fee that the POA Board of Directors has decided to charge. We do not have any control over it and the fee cannot be waived. When we walked in the fire was going on the electric fireplace and they had Christmas music playing which was just a wonderful welcome after the drive in. The house was a perfect set up for us, they even had a full crib in one of the rooms which we didn't know when booking but was perfect for our one-year-old. Kitchen is well stocked, living space was cozy and each bedroom had access to its own bathroom which is great with three couples staying in the same place.
