We Could not get anyone from the resort to come and help us. They were running all over the place and jumping on the floor above us after 1 am in the morning. This happened every night for 3 nights. We called the office and no hellp. We got no sleep the 3 nights and for what we paid. This should have not happened. Not A restfull place. They dont care. We have left several calls and messages to call us back about this situation and no one had called us back. That is poor Service. Views and location were great! Fully furnished with all kitchen items! Each bedroom had its own bathroom, with plenty of towels. Wifi in each room. TV in each room and living room! Very quiet, with beautiful views! Ample space for the entire family! Large private deck for outside viewing! I have to say, I think this was a brand new build, it sure felt like we were to very first to stay in the condo, it was super clean and still had that new construction smell and feel to it. Only item that was missing was an oven glove, which I just picked up at the West Branson Walmart nearby that we shop at while staying at Stronebridge Village. Highly recommend this condo and Stonebridge Village! ##### Mike C.
