Pro: The space was nice and comfy for four people. In the area of the property, they gave two options- pizza/sub or Mexican. They have a bar that was kinda pricey, but pretty good drinks. They offer free shuttles to Silver Dollar city which we liked. There is free parking there but we like that we got dropped off at the entrance instead of having to walk a ton. They did have some pots and pans to cook with. Along with bowls, plates and silverware. They provided a very helpful map of the property Cons: They didn’t have a paper towels or tissues. Parking spaces can be a little tight.

I have been to this place regularly in the past 13 years. It used to be great. The time before this we had a few issues and I thought it was a fluke. Nope......Fireplace did not work. Anytime we wanted it to work we had to call maintenance out to get it relit. If it shut off it would not come back on. jacuzzi tub....same issue. Yes maintenance was very friendly but you shouldn't have to have them in your room anytime you want to use the features that you paid for. Walls and ceilings are so thin you can hear anyone above you and beside you. I'm talking causal conversations, and even when they are going to the bathroom (I'm not talking running water either) Oh and found out Saturday night that the dishwasher didn't work. At that point I gave up and didn't bother calling. When you ask help for tickets they pressure into spending more money to come back. When you tell them you aren't interested they still pressure you. No means no. Used to be a great place to stay, one of my favorites. I won't be back again.

It does warn on their site they do not supply toiletries but there aren’t any stores near to get what you need so if you didn’t pack anything you’ll have a bit of a drive to get something. The toilet in the room above us got clogged and leaked into our room. The maintenance man mopped it up with our towels and left. Had to request the bathroom be cleaned and it still didn’t fully look clean. I’m sure this isn’t a very common experience but it did leave a poor taste. Have had nicer stays at more affordable places.

Still Waters was a nice resort but the room was not ready when promised, but they offered a gift certificate to their on-site pizza restaurant as a comp for the long wait. The condo was spacious enough for 5 teenagers and 2 adults.

This is a great family gathering place. It has something for everyone - swimming, kayaking, food trucks, hot tubs, safe walking, nice accommodations, etc. my friends and I were very happy with our stay there. I have already told my family about Still Waters Resort.

The property, room, and facilities are gorgeous. But, the rooms have issues with sound carrying. You can hear the other guests above you walking around in their unit and it is distracting. The lake views are amazing and the property is gorgeous. Just be prepared for the hustle and bustle of the other guests around you.

The lodge was great! Our only issue was that from our room, on the 3rd floor, we could hear when the people above, and next to, us walked around. They were not being loud at all but the noise was noticable.

I would have given this place a 5 star review because this place overall was great but unfortunately it was very loud. We stayed on the 2nd floor of the “I” building and if anyone walked or scooted a chair it was very loud. I knocked on the ceiling a few times and they tried to be quiet. Overall it was worth the price for our family to stay there with all of the things to do. I don’t think we will be back unless we get a top floor room guaranteed.

This was our second year staying at Still Water Resort during the Young Christians Weekend at Silver Dollar City. They have rooms to accommodate small or large groups at a great price. They offer several activities at the resort, swimming, mini golf, hot tub and the Marina.

Room was a bit dated, and room smelled a bit. Might have just been the pipes. Comfortable and quaint. Loved the boats and lake. Kids had a blast. Only one pool was opened although website made it seem like more were open. Great people though. Every team member was kind and talkative. Only complaint was we did sit for the owner presentation. We were told no hard selling or managers. When we got to the cost presentation a manager came out to present two options, then a third after we declined the first two. Felt a little more hard sale than what was advertised. But it wasn’t high pressure. And everyone was very nice.

We asked for easy access and they did great with putting us on the ground floor.The room was clean and comfortable. We didn't like the pool was not open until April 5th. The day we were checking out and going home. I looked at the website before we came and I didn't see it listed as close.My daughter was very disappointed she didn't het to swim.We would also like to have a better selection of utensils for cooking. We like to cook and eat in our room. We also liked the outdoor grill.All the staff were very friendly!

Everything was so clean and kept up. It was great coming back from a long day of attractions to a calm quiet atmosphere and being able to take a stroll and get dinner on the property. Stillwater’s has a great selection of amenities; mini golf, arcade, laundry, linen exchange, 3 pools, marina, playground, lounge area with tvs and fire pit at food park. Great place to stay at with kids.
