Check in and overall communication very poor. Never received an email with property information. No code to get in property. Waited over 25 minutes when arrived because could not speak directly with someone and had to wait for SMS text just to get the code to unlock the door to the property. Then when questions or concerns came up and had to utilize same the system the earliest I received a reply back was 8 hours. Very frustrating. We were locked out after being gone for a day and couldn’t get anyone to reply and luckily left one of the sliding glass doors on the back unlocked because it was 95 degrees. I’ve booked several times with VRBO and never experienced these types of communication issues. Once I received a reply it addressed what I needed but was hours after the fact. There weren’t many cooking utensils but it was enough for basics. The place itself was a great place to relax, air worked well, plenty of space for my family. Really the delayed communication was the main concern. ##### Erica S. Behind the house is heavily wooded so you can’t see the lake. The house was very clean but the grass was very overgrown and the yard was not mowed until our last day. ##### Lisa W.
