It looked nothing like the pictures posted online and was in rough shape. Also during the purchase of this booking, we were required to buy a 1,500 damage insurance policy. I've stayed in Branson many times using VRBO and this was the first time I was required to purchase insurance. This should have been noted in the online purchase detail. The property was pictured online to what it was in person - we enjoyed everything with the exception of the pet dander. we ended up leaving a day early due to our allergies suffering. We own a dog with no problems, so there likely was cats that have been in the property long term. The property was clean, however when my daughters sat on the floor on the carpet, upon them getting up there was small white hair on their clothing. Again, appeared to be cat hair. The condo was clean and we had plenty of space for our family of 4\. Both beds were comfortable which is very important to me because I have back issues. The condo is on the bottom level, but you have to walk down one set of stairs to access the front door from the parking lot. We never had a problem finding a parking spot near the unit. We loved being able to use the kitchen to make meals during our stay-The kitchen was fully stocked with plenty of utensils, cups, plates, pots, etc. There was also a keurig machine with k-cups, creamer and sweeteners. Extra toothbrushes, toothpaste, cotton swabs and make-up remover wipes were provided and both bathrooms had body wash and shampoo. There was plenty of hot water for showers and clean white towels in the bathrooms. There is a small community pool a few steps away from the front door. We liked that we only had to drive 5 minutes down the road to get to a grocery store. We enjoyed our stay and would book this place again if we ever go back to Branson. ##### Candace R.
