First room was out of a 70's horror film with an air conditioner that didn't work and had to be an original to the hotel along with a missing door lock, this room shouldn't be rented to anyone without being remodeled. After complaining to the front desk they immediately moved us to a different room that was remodeled and had a current air conditioner that worked. Room was much better and for the price good except for the mattresses. Breakfast was descent for 5 bucks per person and the pool was nice.
Nice game room if you have kids.
I give excellent marks to staff members Jennifer at check in and Irene for morning breakfast. This is the second time we have stayed at the King Resort and I think you can count on it not being our last.
Staff was very nice the room was okay half the outlets only worked when the lights were on to that was a little inconvenient and the TV had a really fuzzy screen in the living room but we didnt spend much time watching it anyway.
the rooms were mostly clean, floors could have used a quick sweep lots of hair everywhere. we got a 2 room suite, came with a 2-bed 1-bath room, a 1-bed room, 1 extra bathroom, living room, kitchen appliances and dining table. absolutely everything you need for the whole family. we did not get breakfast here since we used the kitchen. parking is tight. staff was amazing. it’s not 5 star beautiful, but if you’re on a budget, this is the place to go.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
Staff was great. Helpful and friendly. The pool that they feature in their ad on hotels. Com is not the pool that we saw on property. Beds were uncomfortable and no 24 hour access to the office. Our keys stopped working and we called the number on the door. They opened our room but didn’t fix the problem. The property is close to many attractions.
Location was ok, the staff (Jennifer) was great . The room on the other hand ?
1. It was clean
2. The televisions do not work!
3. The ceiling tiles in the shower were wet and had fallen into the bath tub
4. The curtains were full of holes and need to be replaced.
We will not stay again. Seems like all of Branson has fallen into disarray. And the shows are 2nd rate. Maybe time to find a new holiday experiance!

The staff was very friendly. The ambience was top notch with its fanciful Elvis Presley theme in the lobby. Was even decorated for Christmas. Breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend
Thank you so much for upgrading us to a family house it was so roomy and felt like home!

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
The room was basic, older, but clean. The reason for the three stars is the beds. They were little better than sleeping on the floor, so incredibly hard and you could feel every spring, no matter which way you lay.
The staff was excellent
Pros:
Friendly staff
Convenient location for Branson attractions
Appreciated the kindness of staff and fellow guests
Cons:
Musty odor in room
Sticky floors
Plunger left in bathroom upon arrival
Thin bedding and no comforter
Poor TV reception
Broken vending machine
Confusing communication regarding checkout
Breakfast offerings did not match expectations
No complimentary toothbrushes or toothpaste available
Charged me 50$ deposit still waiting for my refund after a week
I booked this property for a special trip with my son and was disappointed by the overall condition of the room and the maintenance issues we encountered. While the staff were courteous, the accommodations did not meet the expectations created by the listing. Management reviewed my concerns after the stay but declined to provide any refund or compensation.
Room was okay , I had to stay for 1 night . The room was clean but most of the things were not up to the mark . Needs new switch boards , TV remote etc. staff is really good no doubt about it but rooms need renovation
