They will not allow early check in, and check in time is at 3pm. The lobby is closed from 10pm-7am. Overall, the experience I had was unpleasant, and I will not be returning. There are so many options in Branson, I don't feel like you really have to give any one place a second chance. The night staff did what he could to make things better, but it was not what I expected, nor what I would have preferred. If you're looking for a place to stay with the bare necessities, and do not need a lot of options for breakfast, this is your place. Sheets had hair in them, coffee pot in room covered in toothpaste, shower full of hair, towels stained brown, 1 spider came out of drain 1 the size of half dollar in bathroom. Son got bit by something on arm 3 times. Breakfast was awful. Nothing but cereal, light bread and gravy. Another guest asked for more biscuits she brings them out and tells them to heat them up in the microwave they was straight out of the fridge. Checked in and the desk clerk told me the room we were in had a hot tub but it was out of order. I didn’t pay for it so I thought no big deal. However, they must have been working on the plumbing because they left the side exposed. Also, the front of the sink and vanity was coming off. It looked like they tried to Superglue it and it was coming off. Finally, this property does not provide daily housekeeping. I was shocked! You could tell they didn’t spend a lot of time when they clean in between guests. The area behind the night stands were filthy. If we had paid more than $40 a night for the room, we would have asked for a refund. Had Branson not been so busy we may have done that anyway.
