"This location is a great get away into the country side of Florida, away from all the tourist traps. The house was clean and modern. The house is well suited for couples and small familes. This location gave us the ability to paddle or boat to Ginny springs, although you do need to paddle up river to access the springs. The property manager was great to work with. "Hard to put into words how sirene and calming this place was for my son and I. An ama,ing way to camp but still be off the ground from rain and keep the mosquitos away. The river was so peacful and calming to stare at. The shower is nice and cold, perfect for in the summer, and the enclosed bathroom was perfect. If you want to camp but still have some creature comforts, this is your place. The owners were super cool when they checked to see if we needed anything. I will be coming back for sure"

"We just loved it here. The cute little cabin Sheds were perfect size . Didn’t realize the bathroom was in another cabin shed but after the whoops of shock we loved it. The outdoor bathtub and shower is a a fantasy come to life. We enjoyed the spring down the road. Rum 183 although if you are chatty sit away from others , they take the entertainment serious. But overall exactly what we want a quiet piece of heaven for a quick weekend trip."

"Cabin was right on the river and so peaceful and quiet. Most everything you need for a great weekend. Great fire pit. Bed was low to the floor but mattress was comfortable. Access to outlets was perfect for charging electronics. Bathroom needs a brighter light. Sink, Shower and toilet stained but not uncommon for well water. Hosts were pleasant and easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again!"

"The property is amazing! Very well maintained, quiet, and peaceful. Loved the cabin and it’s decor. Very cozy and had the comforts of home. Our family that lives in Mayo, FL (near the cabin) has atvs so we were able to take advantage of the trails across the street from the cabin. The river was flowing super fast due to the weather so we weren’t able to fish or kayak but we still had a blast! We would definitely recommend this place and cannot wait to come back!!"

"This property is absolutely gorgeous, and the host went above and beyond for us! Melissa left special surprises for the grandbabies, and a bottle of wine and mothers Day card for me! There had been a terrible storm the day we arrived, and the entire area was without power. We"glamped" the first night, which was actually kind of fun! "This home was just as listed. Plenty of space and things to do. Unfortunately the river flooded days before we arrived but it did not stop us from enjoying the property. We couldn’t kayak but that was not a deal breaker. The host was very transparent and accommodating. I look forward to visiting again so that I can experience the river more!"

"The getaway cottage was exactly as advertised. It was the perfect size for the two of us, and had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. It was a short walk to the dock. Mike met us at the property for a quick tour, then left us to enjoy their beautiful property. We plan on making a trip back sometime next year."
