The suite was large. The down side was the roads are all tore up, and there is no signage telling you how to get to it, especially at night. I told the desk clerk and she acted like she didn't care. The room had trash in one of the trash cans, so I'm not sure how clean the room was. The desk had a broken back leg and appeared that it would collapse at any moment. The dresser and cabinets were all dinged up. The maintenance crew could use touchup markers to fix this.

The staff was very friendly! The rooms was clean and the bed was comfortable. Didn’t like the parking. However understand it was because of the parking lot being tore up.

Place is nice, I just had no idea the pool and hut tub were shut down. Didn't find out until I was a hour from checking in then Expedia emailed me. If I would have known that I would have never booked a room there.

I came early and was able to check in early. The place was very clean and looked very nice and the staff was very curteous and nice. I see a lot of reviewers will take points off based on their breakfast experience. I don't stay someplace hoping to be titillated by a gourmet breakfast in the morning so I cannot speak to that, although they did have it available in a nice seating area.

The pool and hot tub were out of order and we were not notified, nor was the cost of ourvroom adjusted accordingly. We were traveling with 3 kids so had to find somewhere else to stay the 2nd night.

The staff was amazing. At check in I was double book through Expedia. The check in girl got on the phone and talked to Expedia and got it all worked out so I did not have to pay for 2 rooms. She was great!!!! Thank you.

Booked hotel for pool and hot tub and was in revonation and sotr had nothing about it. That’s why we wanted to stay there. Disappointing, never said anything online about it being closed for renovation

Definitely would stay again
Older motel, could use Some updating, but the staff was great, beds comfortable, room very clean and fantastic breakfast. It was a nice quiet stay.

Mediocre stay
Easy check-in and friendly staff. Room was very dated appearing with very high beds. Old & stained carpets on the third floor hallway. No clear directions once we came off the freeway. Breakfast was adequate like most hotels of this price.

The per price is outrageous!! $262 / nite is two times what we paid any one nite from Georgia to South Dakota!!! Service and accommodations were no better!! Will never stay there again. Location is bad as well, not easy to find. Personnel were great.

Hotel was clean & welcoming. Stephanie was super kind at checkin. All the staff we encountered were always polite. Pool was under construction but we were able to use the hot tub. Some items on the breakfast weren’t very warm but it was still good.

For the money it is old! Door won’t stay open in bathroom and Tv is tiny for a king suite! Disappointed for sure. Would expect this one to be less than $100 per night.

I've stayed at this Holiday Inn several times now. The rooms are always quiet & clean and the staff are extremely friendly & responsive to requests or questions.
