"Lage, Sauberkeit, Zustand, Größe, Fahrstuhl, beheizter Skikeller. Wir waren bei den „hardfacts“ nur zufrieden. Beim Service könnten Sie einige Verbesserungen vornehmen. Wir haben zwar die Adresse erhalten, nicht aber die Zimmernummer. Auch auf dem Schlüssel stand keine Zimmermummer. Vor Ort kommte niemand helfen. Wir mussten also anrufen. Zum Glück ging jemand ran. Das hätte wesentlich einfacher laufen können. Hier stimmt der Ablauf noch nicht. Ansonsten wäre ein Tausch der Pfanne mal wieder...

"Very clean & spacious apartment. Being on the 4th floor and overlooking the river, apartment has attractive outlook. Well appointed. Good undercover parking in secure & spacious parking. Toll, dass das Tal und die Berge so mit in die Wohnung integriert werden, das spricht für ein gutes Bewusstsein und Dankbarkeit für die außergewöhnliche Schönheit dieser Region. "Wellness Bereich / Lage mit Bergbahn vor der Türe / sehr schön eingerichtete Wohnung / Platzverhältnisse / genügend Besteck / Massageangebot Reinigung stand zu früh da und wollte in die Wohnung. Nach Information standen sie nach 5 Minuten wieder vor der Wohnung. Wir empfanden das als sehr unangenehm. Für dieses Verhalten gibt es einen Stern Abzug."
