"Great location across the street from the Wymondham Abbey. Very peaceful. No elevator/lift Room Was clean and comfortable: the kettle needs to be replaced my wife wouldn’t use it too much buildup on it. Shower: if you like a hot shower it only comes out with a trickle. Cold shower has a good flow. Bed it comfortably. No Air-conditioning "

However this was soon resolved by the excellent on site staff and we had a ground floor room the next day.great place."
