Overall, this is a good hotel. It’s located in a big park, one of several hotels in a group. Rooms are not big, but are OK. Bathrooms are a little strange in that the toilet and shower our part of the room, separated by glass doors. At least they’re frosted glass. Breakfast is OK. There is a nice selection of cheeses, and of course the Portuguese bread is sensational. That’s true all over the country, however. If you’re staying for more than just a couple of days, the breakfast starts disappointing in that there is no variety whatsoever from day to day. A big issue is the coffee, which is terrible.Rather than real coffee, they have a machine that uses instant coffee and dried milk. I expect better from a four-star hotel. Parking Is ample and free,, and the views are quite good. Although it is outside of the city, it is still convenient assuming you have a car. Without a car, forget it.
If you want a relaxing stay outside of the city, this is the place for you.
