Room was clean but very dated. Everything worked, however the outlets were few and one required repair. AC was loud and not sufficient to fully cool the room, but not terrible. Convenient to 96th Street subway. Staff was very friendly. Overall, a good experience.

Easy and early check in. Staff was welcoming and helpful. Traveled with a family of 4 (two kids), so the unit was more than enough space and the location suited our needs. Gym and laundry room was a plus! Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed with my two young daughter's, room had one king Bed and sofa bed, typical New York typed tight and skinny room, if you carry suit cases than adjustment was difficult, maximum two carry-on bag could be accommodated. Hotel in excellent location near heart of everything, rooms were clean, daily house keeping, little pricey but once again, if i had to come back, I will come back to stay again in this hotel.

"The room was clean. The view was outstanding. Considering the price of the room and then have them charge $60 a day for parking, the bathroom handle on the door fell off, the free water in the lobby was rarely available, and when I asked they never came to refill, the free am coffee pot was broken ..."

"Clean rooms. Staff was friendly and helpful. Proximity to the beach was excellent. Plenty of parking. Bar/restaurant was nice- healthier/ vegetarian options would have been helpful. Parts of the property are under construction right now showing that they are really trying to improve it."
