Ocean Grove Beach Tours and Activities

Do NOT book a “assigned upon arrival” room to get a cheaper rate. We did stating “two adults two children” and asked for two queen beds. Well we got one king and after waiting at front desk for over an hour we’re essentially told that’s what you get in that category and if we wanted two queens we’d have to pay an outrageous up charge, something like an extra 100 per night!! They did end up giving us one rollaway bed but still…can you say bait and switch!?! Also the elevators in the Solana tower are the nightmare everyone else in the reviews talks about…long lines (a recurring theme for everything on this property) slow, overcrowded and poorly ventilated. There is legit zero customer service as you cannot reach the front desk by phone, and if you wish to go in person you will stand in the aforementioned lines for close to an hour. Their staff legit may be fried but no excuse for the rudeness of one woman in particular. One day the indoor pool was closed no explanation and the outdoor pool was small and overcrowded. First morning room service shorted us out of a bagel. Since we booked through Expedia we tried reaching out to them for help and we were told they’d help make it right but they were about as helpful as the front desk. We actually wanted to leave early but we couldn’t get our money refunded so unfortunately I have to give this property a big fat E-
