Excellent Place To Stay

Super clean, comfortable and modern. Never wanted to get out of the hot tub. I would absolutely recommend this place for anyone visiting the Sarasota/St. Pete area.

Hidden Gem in Bradenton

This home is a hidden gem.. close to everything, super clean and exceeded our expectations. The moment we entered the home, we were speechless. The jacuzzi and outdoor area were the icing on the cake for us. Highly recommended this home if you’re visiting the Bradenton area.

Thank you the house was very clean my 1st time book a rental here Your home was very comfortable and clean, had everything we could think of that we would need. Plenty of room to get ready for my sons wedding and room for us to all eat comfortably. The hot tub is well taken care of and clean as well definitely would recommend you as a host.

Listing was accurate. The property was very clean. There were tiny tadpoles swimming in the guest bathroom tank when we arrived. Apprarently, it had not been used for a while,as the master bath was fine. The owner responded to our inquiry later the same day, and told us it was OK to add bleach to the tank. He offered to come by the next day. However, they were gone in the morning after adding bleach to the tank and leaving it overnight. We had no ther issues after that. We were there with our 2 adult children and our 3 grandchildren. Everyone had their own space. Multiple smart TVs over the property. One hint, some of the fans have a wall power switch, in addition to the remote. They won’t start unless the wall switch is on. Some of the batteries were running low as well, but they have so many remotes that you can just swith them around. They do want you to wash the bedding and towels prior to leaving. The washing machine has a very long cycles and we had to delay our departure in order to leave the last load in the washer. Use the quick wash cycle only. That one takes about an hour. In addition to cleaning and other fees, this property has a high ($1200) refundable deposit. I suppose that helps them avoid vandals and unreasonably messy tenants. As instructed, we took our trash out and all dishes were washed. There should be no problems getting our money returned.
