Waking up to the ocean was amazing and I enjoyed sitting out on the patio. The building could use a little TLC but the unit itself did not reflect that at all. It was just like the photos. I also liked that beach towels, chairs, umbrellas and even a cooler were available for our use throughout our stay. The location was great and we loved being able to walk to bars and restaurants. You’re not coming to FL to hang in the lobby though... The condo room was updated, clean, and everything needed for a nice stay. The bed was firm but comfortable, the AC was able to get the condo nice and cold, the WiFi worked great, the shower was a little inconsistent but fine, and there were nice cubbies in the closet to put your clothing…. The star of the show though was the view and sound from the balcony which was what we came there for and it did not disappoint. I wanted a condo that was as close as I could be to the water to hear the waves. Day/night the tranquility of the waves was so relaxing. The beach was very nice and maintained. There are a lot of shells getting into/out of the water (may want to bring water shoes). There are a lot of sand dollars about 50 yards out into the water if you dig a little in the sand (2’ or so deep) you can find them. One of the greatest things we loved was the ability to rent the cabana’s on the beach that are owned by the Tiki bar and grill. They have an attendant from 9-5 to set them up. $40 for the full day. We spent the entire day at the beach under the cabana and stayed nice and cool with the breeze and listening to the ocean. There are a few restaurants that are walkable. We went to Caddy’s 3X during our stay which is a 10 minute (or less) walk down the beach. I would recommend this condo to others ##### Sean N. This listing should state its been a remodeled hotel room and not a condo. Small kitchenette? Closet space was limited. Half was cubbies and the other half was beach gear.
