The perfect beach vacation is a Shore Thing at our 5BD/4BA pool/spa beach home. Beautiful beaches await just a short walk away to beach access. Go from the beach to the patio & enjoy private heated pool w/spa, putting green, ping pong table, outdoor bar, & cornhole for endless entertainment. Prepare & share a meal on the grill or in the well-equipped kitchen or head to one of the many local restaurants & shops. Our home has a modern feel while providing the quintessential small town beach retreat experience!

-Primary Bedroom: King bed
-Second Bedroom: King bed
-Third Bedroom: Queen bed and ensuite bathroom with walk-in in shower, no closet
-Fourth Bedroom: Queen bed, no closet
-Fifth Bedroom: Two Twin over Twin bunk beds, no closet

The bunk Bedroom has clothes storage in the bunk bed stairs. The bedrooms without closets have dressers and there is additional storage to hang clothes in the hall closet.

Beach towels, chairs, and wagon are provided.

Shore Thing has all the fun activities that our home has provides the perfect opportunity to reconnect and relax with family and friends. Heated pool is great for all seasons and the fun never stops with everything this home has to offer. There is restroom downstairs off of the patio for guests' convenience.

This has been a vacation rental property for over 3 years and has changed management. Don't hesitate to reach out with any questions you may have.

There are No pets allowed in this home.

5 cars maximum are able to park at this home. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age.

Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Exceeding the noise ordinance could result in disciplinary actions including fines and/or termination of your rental agreement without refund.

Shore Thing was AMAZING! If you are looking for a house that has everything you need, very clean, awesome pool and covered area by pool that allows for a fun time with ping pong, golf and corn hole then this house is for you . We had a rainy day and was unable to go to beach, but it did not stop our fun with all the amenities at the house. Renee was wonderful . We celebrated my daughter’s 16th birthday and Renee was very thoughtful to have a special gift delivered for her . We will be back . If you are looking for a house that sleeps lots of family / friends and is only 1 block Fri Beach . Don’t look any further . Book SHORE THING. You will not be disappointed
