Great Location
We have stayed in numerous units at Casa Costa, this one was just as nice as the others. Bed was comfortable and the unit bright and clean. Easy walk to many restaurants, bars and live music. Host was great!

A nice little getaway
It was a nice property. It was very clean and most amenities provided. I did have to purchase TP and garbage bags. The sunset views from every window and the balcony were spectacular. All of the staff at the front desk and valet were stellar. The only issues I had were the constantly blinking cell tower that is hard to ignore and a toilet that was making a running sound (flapper valve?) at night. Parking was very convenient with the parking garage door exiting to your floor. It was a little noisy with slamming doors; expected in a sort of hotel set up. Overall I'd recommend.

Rented this place out a week for my parents and they loved it! You can walk or drive to many places nearby and the host was very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this place if you do not want to stay in a hotel and try something different!

Wonderful beach condo
Great location, near the beach and many restaurants. More in close driving distance. The condo was clean, fresh, had kitchen amenities, cable TV, and wonderful soaking tub. Great hosts as well!

Comfy condo
The condo was very comfortable, nice, clean, and affordable. I loved that it was secure and safe. I was traveling alone, so that was a major plus when I was searching for a place. The place was also stocked with a lot of day to day things. I wish it had been available for my entire stay, it was by far better than staying at a hotel. The only suggestion I have is putting a TV in the bedroom. LOL! Other than that, everything was perfect!

This place was exactly liked it was advertised. I walked into a very clean, quiet and well kept place. The person who owned it (Kelli) was very nice and helpful. After 6 pm, the entire place goes into lock down and no one can get into the building or move around with out the key fob. And in today's world with the people shooting up random places, that was a plus for me. It was also a plus knowing that you had your own parking space when you go back from your from any activities. I would definitely stay here again.

Another day in paradise!
We have stayed in the building two years in a row. Thought the unit is small, it had everything we would want (though since no oven a toaster oven would be welcome). Was surprised the second pool/hot tub was still being worked on for second year in a row so space at the pool is at a premium (no mention). Second set of sheets would be nice. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay. Great location for us and like that there is a gym.

One of the best places I have ever stayed at. The location fit my needs, walking distance to restaurants and close to family. The apartment itself was extremely clean, comfortable and well stocked. Great communication with host! 5 star all the way!!

Perfect for Family Visit
Condo was a perfect choice for us. We are seniors, security was great, parking convenient, condo was perfect size for us. It was spotless& nicely decorated & comfortable. We were visiting family so we didn’t get to use the amenities but the pools looked very inviting & a well equipped gym. Staff were very nice & Kelli was very hospitable & responded quickly to any questions we had. We loved our stay & We will definitely be back! Thanks Kelli

Check in was super simple the staff was incredibly friendly and the location was perfect. The nearby beach was never very crowded and we were only a short drive to so many fun things to do. They even had beach chairs and an umbrella in the condo for us to use!

Highly secure stay
For a mature single female, loved the security for the building. Locked indoor garage, key fob to enter all doors and elevators, valet parking for guests. This property is just off I-95 and close proximity to the beach, (7 minute drive).;Supermarket ,Dunkin donuts and Chase Bank 7 minute drive from building.. I recommend Ocean Ridge for beachcombers in that area. Shopping malls 15 minute ride depending which one you go to. Communication very responsive by text. The apt provided beach gear, and beach towels, washer dryer, a balcony facing front of building and assigned parking spot. Airport is 15 minute drive from the property. Even with one pool under construction, the additional lap pool was plenty sufficient, and never crowded on the 5th floor of the building. Most enjoyable stay.

Would give 5 stars across the board. Kelli is an excellent host issues were with construction in that the hot tub and one pool were closed and construction was being done next to the only remaining pool causing major dust and debris flying. The parking garage was also an issue with the management company but Kelli sorted it out quickly. Any and all concerns I mentioned Kelli fixed immediately. I personally recommend for any couples, singles or like me single mom traveling with a child. The building has many amenenties and is in an amazing location. Walking to restaurants and the large pond behind the complex were a bonus. Thank you Kelli for an amazing stay. We would love to come back again.

Stop and book this condo right now!
We stayed here in Sept and Dec 9th for 1 week the condo is very modern and clean.Parking garage entrance is just down the hall and secured with gate. Owners are always available at a text but we never needed them all was well.

Like the property title says, much better than a hotel stay! Plenty of room for two; enough supplies and amenities for a comfortable stay. Once you figure out how to get around the building (garage, elevators, etc.) it is wonderful! Parking on the same floor as your apartment is a plus. Bed is very comfortable. We have friends and family in the area so the location works great for us. Also the ability to walk to a few different restaurants makes for nice lunch or dinner. Would definitely stay again.

Great location info was true to the listing very clean and modern. CVS a gas station and icecream parlor across the street. We loved being just 6 mins from our parents home. Very affordable and there was no laundry list of what we needed to clean wash before leaving.We have stayed in vrbo places that demanded we wash all linens etc.Book NOW!!!

Fantastic Monthly Stay
My fiance and I stayed at this property for 1 month and it was just what we were looking for. The posting is accurate (clean, modern) and the owner was very quick to respond and friendly. Short drive/ 20 min walk to the beach and super close to 2 great bars/ restaurants on the water (Banana Boat + 2 Georges). The building was well kept and the pool area was fantastic as well. Definitely recommend and would not hesitate to book again myself.
