The condo faces south and has a wide-open neighborhood view and sunshine all day from the double balcony.... which extends across the entire condo - doors from living area and from bedroom! The condo includes a full kitchen and a washer-dryer for your convenience, as well as a 55-inch Smart, 4K television, and a spacious bathroom with a soak tub . Casa Costa offers two sparkling pools on the 5th-floor landing, overlooking the nature reserve and lagoon, with an Atlantic Ocean backdrop. (Hot tub and one pool down for renovation - one pool open). The complex also includes a fitness center, saunas, garage parking, three sets of elevators, and a 24-hour front desk. Beach chairs and umbrella provided for guest use.... beach is about a 15-minute walk - just across the Intracoastal. There are also numerous restaurants within walking distance, including Two George's and the Banana Boat right on the Intracoastal waterway. Casa Costa also now offers two restaurants on the property's ground level! Boynton Marina one block away, offering fishing, boat rental, scuba diving, parasailing, and more! The condo was exactly as described. It is very nicely decorated and extremely clean. It is in a large condo building on the intercoastal. We walked to eat at the Banana Boat which was on the water and very pleasant. The pool and workout room were not crowded. We walked to the beach over the bridge. There is a complete kitchen but the frying pans need upgrading. I would recommend it for someone who is going to Boynton Beach. ##### Betsy G. Séjour de 7 nuits en mai 2022 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### antonio m. 10 mai 2022 Points forts : Propreté #### casa costa the condo was very spacious and nicely decorated. the balcony was huge, but so you know, it faces boynton beach blvd and US1, both busy roads, but not bad. the garage was ok, it gets cumbersome when you have groceries etc. the location of the condo is prime. you can walk 10 minutes to the marina to fish, jetski, parasail or go to 2 georges or banana boat restaurant, both good for food and great views. the beach is walkable too, it's also a 12 minute drive to the fun in downtown delray. the pool is great, theres 2, but one was being renovated so it was closed (may 2022), but the other one was open and never busy or crowded. the jacuzzi was the same, closed for renovations. i did use the sauna which was awesome and a nice amenity. overall, had a great time, the condo is clean, and you can't beat the location. ##### antonio m. Big screen TV, perfect Wifi, nice patio, good mattress, and good lighting. There's not a lot of kitchen storage so no large pot or pan but, to cook for 1-2 people, it's fine. The bathroom is oddly far from the bedroom, but there are nightlights to guide you. The building and its garage are enormous, a bit out of scale for the area, but conveniently located, well maintained, secure, and there's a nice pool area,. Beach is a short drive, walkable if you're not carrying too much. The drawbacks: the vast building/garage is not in a scenic location - this unit's patio overlooks a Chevron Station on Federal Highway. But it wasn't too noisy, and I wasn't vacationing, so for my utilitarian purposes this was a perfect place to stay--and a great value for the price. ##### Lisa K. This was our first vrbo experience, and we couldn't have been happier! The apartment was absolutely sparkling when we arrived, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time in it. It is just shy of a mile to the beach, and totally walk-able, (we went every day we were there). Everything one could possibly want or need was thought of, and there was nothing extra we had to buy. The unit was clean, organized, and well stocked. The pool area was better than expected. We used the lap pool and hot tub daily.
