"There was no one at 5:30-6pm to check in. There was a note to call and someone did answer but seems very odd. Once in the room, discovered the refrigerator was full of water, there was chinese food leftover from a previous guest, there was what looked like a blood stain by the door (they did reply saying it was polish), there was a stain on the bedroom sheets on one bed, the vent in the bathroom was rattling terrible. The cart to bring luggage to the room was not working properly, the wheels were not moving well at all. I did send them an email immediately after talking to my husband, however by the time I received it they were sleeping. They did respond and offer a new room, but in all honesty this is extremely concerning and disturbing. This hotel needs to evaluate rooms, ensure they are clean and well maintained for guests."
