"The customer service was good…very helpful…but our room was so small and there was just two of us. We barely fit in the room with one suitcase. The bed was made but the sheets were not clean. We slept on top of the comforter which seemed clean. The Floors were sticky but I’m assuming they cleaned with pinesol which leaves them sticky…it smelled like a cleaning solution. The area was too noisy to sleep..people yelling all night and cars never stopped going by reving the engines. I would never stay here again. It’s in poor shape."

"My 5-year-old old grandson thought this hotel was awesome. He loved the view of the planes and the lights from our windows. We even made a video that he narrated for his little brother. He said, "this place is beautiful and I am staying over." We were headed to a resort in Florida, but this stay in an airport hotel may have been the highlight of his vacation! 😂"

"The room next to me had patrons that kept me up at all times of the night making a lot of noise in room 613. Aside from that it was a good stay. One of my towels had a long hair still embedded in it when I went to first use it. "

"The Hampton Inn was a great place to stay while on vacation! The breakfast station was a plus along with the close location to the Jersey Gardens Outlet Mall. A few minutes away from the airport which was ideal for me. The driver (Sorry I didn’t get his name)…that took us to the airport was pleasant and the staff are always friendly. I always choose to stay Hampton Inn over the neighborhood hotels as it’s top notch always!"

"Front desk reception was no help had an terrible attitude bathroom in room smelled bad ask to have it cleaned and was told no due to them being short staff which was weird smelled like it was never cleaned after checking in would never recommend to anyone or rebook wish I could get a full refund"

"The staff is really nice! The room was clean and comfortable. It's close to the bus stop that has a bus to the port authority station in New York City, so it was convenient. But walking back from the bus stop at night was scary because you have to walk through a dark alley. There's a shuttle to the airport. I would stay there again. I would make sure to be back before dark though. "
