Inside very clean and staff all welcoming and friendly.
Rooms basic but have all you need except a hairdryer (but this can be collected from reception)
Exterior a little shabby and windows could do with a clean
Ideal location for attending a wedding at The Nici hotel. However, paying £7.50/day for 2 days parking, and as a Hotels.com Silver Member, was not acceptable. Also, only having 30 mins free wifi for 24hrs is hardly a competitive move considering Premier Inn provides totally free. Also, don't expect a good nights' sleep; plenty of loud drunken movement about the place. Breakfast wasn't too bad, although the serving staff were rushed off their feet either restocking or cleaning tables. All in all, stayed at worse places - but not many.
Parking isn’t guaranteed on the property premises. Staff on arrival were very welcoming and accommodating throughout. The room is very dated, windows do open which was nice, however they were string operated making it very dangerous for my toddlers fingers to get trapped when she was looking out at the views. The toilet had a lot of brown build-up around the bowl which was a little gross. Staff during breakfast were slightly rude annd not very polite, very miserable and appeared unhappy to be there. Overall, a good stay but definitely not worth the price.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
We thought the staff were excellent, giving us a firstclass service. Unfortunately, parking was very restricted and required a certain amount of patience. However, the location was ideal for travelling in and out of bournemouth and the view from the promenade out to sea was stunning
Family room with view of the sea with three beds and spacious, One minute walk is the Victorian lift straight down to the beach, weekly unlimited pass only £12. In the evening lovely park outside with views from the cliffs over the sea. All Staff are five star, breakfast is superb, and onsite café is really useful.
Love Bournemouth, but cant find a hotel close enough to the beach, tired of walking up and down large hills and cliffs, don't like being too far from the sea for a romantic walk along the cliff front at night too, as well as spending all day on the beach near the pier and arcades. This is the perfect answer and P.S. very reasonably priced too!
Didn't like anything. This isnt a tourist place to stay, groups of blokes standing and sitting around outside the entance smoking, and window ledges with rows of empty beer bottles neatly lined up on them for everyone to see. Not sure who stays here, but wont be staying again!
We didn't like the lack of shelving or cupboard space the Coat hangers to high for me as was the Bathroom fan switch , Bed a bit worn on one side , we did like the window opening , and the quiet ness , That shower was a bit dangerous as there was no rubber mat and it took some time to get an even temperature, the shower curtain clung to my body , ok for the money but wouldn't like to recomend it for summer holiday
We had a lovely stay. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was amazing. The only thing that was a little let down was the bathroom when we showered the water went everywhere and after the first time we used it there was a fawl smell coming from the bathroom.
