« Cet hôtel ne dispose pas de piscine incluse : il faut payer un supplément exorbitant de 6000 dinars par personne et par jour. Autant dire que la facture grimpe très vite. Le petit-déjeuner est catastrophique : pain sec, produits basiques, aucune spécialité locale… on se croirait plus dans une cantine que dans un hôtel. À cela s’ajoute le vacarme incessant des avions et de la discothèque voisine, rendant les nuits quasi impossibles. Le personnel à la réception se montre peu serviable et incapable...

« Hôtel très décevant, ne mérite pas 4 étoiles! Chambre très sale et dégradée, toilette cassé et non nettoyé! et pas de linge de fourni..... Demande changement de chambre avec difficulté, 2eme chambre moins dégradée mais une odeur d'égouts très forte! et sale également; Petit déjeuné correct, repas buffet : plats froids et mauvaise qualité sans saveur ( 30€ par personne ne les vaut pas) En bref 350euro pour 2 jours, l'hôtel ne les vaut pas! Sans compter l'accueil plus que médiocre, Equipe et...

« J’ai réservé une chambre, un adulte avec deux enfants à notre arrivée, le réceptionniste me dit qu’il faudra que je paye un supplément de 20 € pour la deuxième personne et un supplément matelas pour la troisième personne de 30 € Très déçu, heureusement que je n’avais réservé que pour deux jours, les deux nuits réservées et nous remboursables, j’ai dû payer 50 € par nuit, ce qui est énorme Pour le reste de mon séjour, j’ai pu trouver un très bel hôtel pour moi et mes enfants pour moins de 50 €...
